Magical Girl Chaos (M seeking F, complex story!)

I just got done with the demo for Cosplay Convention Crisis (which is hilarious, by the way), and one element of it struck me as interesting.

A young woman who is tomboyish to the point that people think she might be a lesbian, who accepts the role of being a Magical Girl to help defend Earth from outside threats. Only the Magical Girl mode does things to her. She's more polite, more girly while transformed... and the longer she stays transformed, the more pronounced the effect becomes.

She's got a crush on a young man she's known since they were young children, but she doesn't really know how to approach it. Would the love-powered Magical Girl side of her try a more direct approach? Can it even make her do things that she might not otherwise do?

There's a lot of pre-story work to get this into a functional plot, but I think it holds some interesting promise. If you have any ideas on how to make it work, drop me a PM, and we'll see what we can do.
