My new roommate is a... succubus? (M seeking F, Urban Fantasy, complex plot?)

Say what you will about our government, they want to make sure that nobody goes homeless. Anyone who can't (or won't) provide for themselves can be given housing until they no longer need it. The problem is that the housing is usual community housing (of some sort or other), and that means roommates.

I lost my job last month. It wasn't my fault, really, but that's not important... I couldn't make rent, so the Living for Everyone Without a Doubt (LEWD) government agency assigned me this room. And... my roommate is a succubus. I didn't even know that they actually existed. I mean... elves, sure. Dwarves, goblins, harpies, and chimera... those are all known species of people. But succubi? Sorry, sorry... "Cubi." I'll try to get it right next time. Sorry.

Is this gonna be a problem?

So that's the bare framework of the story. There's lots of details to work out before we even get started.

0.) If you're tired of succubi and want to use some other mythical or fantastic monster-girl, that's fine too.
1.) Comedic chaos is what I want here, not a serious, dire plot.
2.) Is she also on assistance from LEWD, or is she a beneficiary in some way?
3.) Is she a "fatal" succubus, who kills her victims, or is she a more fluffy type? ("Fatal" succubus would need a loooot more careful work for the sex scenes, of course! Magic condoms?)
4.) Are these two the only people living here, or are there others too, a large community household?
5.) Perhaps she's tired of being a succubus, and wants to just be a "person" while she's not on the Cubi job? Which makes living with a horny young man a problem...
6.) Fully consensual, semi-consensual, D/s (either way), any direction except outright rape is A-OK for me. (Remember, comedy!)
7.) If you come up with other ideas that sound fun, feel free to share them! I always like to bounce ideas off my partners, and a story's not a great story unless we're both contributing to the plot.
