Mr L

Welcome to my cravings and ideas thread. I've been a part of E for a few years now, never got around to making one of these, but here it is! If any of these ideas strike you, please PM me, I want this to remain as clean a thread as possible.

Gender (or lack there of) for any character or partner usually means next to nothing for me. I'm happy playing whatever with whomever playing whatever. Same with most body types. My O/os could do with some updating proper, but for now, if you're curious, please ask!

For the most part, if I'm going to write with you, I will certainly try my abosute best to post when I can, muse willing. If the fickle monster decides to flee (permanently or temporarily), I will try to let you know. I only ask that the same courtesy be returned. If I'm unable to update you within a few days, it won't be because I don't want to write anymore, life probably got in the way, so feel free to reach out.

The length of my posts often depends on the subject matter and what I get from you. I try to provide adequate detail on what my character is doing/thinking, and I kindly ask for the same in return, though it's not a deal-breaker if it's not your thing. Same with proper grammar and spelling. I try my best to spell and write correctly, but I will admit I mess up from time to time. If I can read the sentence and understand the message, I'm happy with that!

Heck, even if you don't want to write me but an idea is interesting, or you just wanna talk, my PMs are open!  ;D

So I have a few basic frames for story ideas, as well as some fandoms or settings I'm curious to write in.

Lost in the woods

Hunter x townsfolk
This setting would involve mild-high fantasy, likely involving monsters, possibly including magic, TBD. Rating also TBD
YC would be travelling when something causes them to lose their way in a dense forest that causes them to become horribly lost. Details of who they are and why they're there is up to you, though preferably, they don't have much in the ways of wilderness survival skills. MC is a strong, athletic hunter, who spends as much of their time in the trees as on the ground. Whatever helps score the next kill. They're more than capable of living off the land, rarely having to venture into a town for supplies they can't get on their own. Fortunes smile on YC as MC finds them and agrees to help them along to their desination. Along the way may be dangers for the two of them to overcome, history may be made. Who knows? Sometimes getting lost isn't so bad, afterall.

A Royal Mess

Royal heir (prince or princess) x non-royal companion.
This setting can include fantasy elements, such as magic, monsters, the like. Rating TBD
The kingdom is enjoying a general era of peace and comfort for most of the citizens. The King, however, is not so much. Despite his best efforts, his heir often shirks a lot of their duties and teachings. They aren't malevolent in nature, they find it horribly boring. Their mother is usually a voice of reason to the heir, but even she can have difficulty in reigning them in. There's only one or two people who can get them to listen. That could be a childhood friend they met when sneaking out of the palace, a personal servant that knows more about the heir than the King and Queen combined, a chosen knight that protects the heir no matter what. Up for us to decide. I'm thinking something could've happened to the parents of the heir, leaving them as the rightful ruler, but either they choose to flee their responsibility or someone forces them to, they run in the dead of the night from the castle, with just the clothes on their back and their friend/companion by their side. Could this be revenge, a growing up tale? Let's get together to figure out this mess!

The Unexpected Hero

Rating TBD
Originally this was a fairly barebones plot of someone being saved by a person who had little to no right being able to save someone. A wounded soldier or adventurer being saved by the travelling merchant, perhaps found bleeding out and they saved them, or fended off a hungry animal. Someone coming down the street at the right time to stop a mugging or worse? So many ways this can go, both in pairing and setting. This can easily be done multiple times, and heck, can even be tied into other stories! (reason for connecting the characters in A Royal Mess? Can't always explain the Unexpected

Meeting in a Virtual World

Player x Player
Rating TBD
This setting would take place within a VR MMORPG, with no real setting in mind. This story could have adventures and glorious battles. This is fairly straight forward as it would be players meeting up everyday to sit and talk, gather materials, or go into battle together. This connection may even bleed into reality, depending on circumstances. Maybe our characters could be good friends IRL and not even know the other plays. This would likely be a long-term RP, with story progressing both in and out of the game world, if IRL is a focus. Let's world build!

On a Pokemon Journey

This is in the Pokemon world, and can accomodate more than just a 1x1 story. Rating TBD
As the title of this one implies, this would be the tale of two (or more!) pokemon trainers on their journey across a region (up for discussion). Ideally it would be similar to the anime's progression where a single route may take several days to traverse, so as to give our characters time to talk, bond, maybe even more. I'm not going to be interested in intentionally building the optimal team, but will likely still be taking on the pokemon gym challenge. We can play opposing pokemon when someone is in a battle, to keep things from potentially getting one sided. Preferably no specifically named characters from the games or show, but the right case presentation can be made. So let's take a trip around the world!

Fandoms/Games/Settings:

Mass Effect
Halo
The Elder Scrolls Oblivion/Skyrim
D&D Forgotten Realms
Pathfinder Galarion
RuneScape Gielinor
Pokemon most regions (haven't play S&S or Ranger)
Super Mario
Dragon Age

I know this'll get expanded upon as my memory kicks in and remembers other things. But until then, thank you for getting this far and have a great day! ;D
