Flaws:  Teddy Bear is more of a soldier type and not much of a spy.  His combat skills are publicly known.  While he can sneak around, his expertise is really for situations that get loud - blowing stuff up, creating a distraction, and covering the exfiltration of other agents.

Those... aren't flaws. That's just repeating what he's good at.

What he lacks in combat experience and gadgets, he makes it up with connections. Want some information on a location? He has someone who works inside the location and can help you get in/out of it. Want information on a target? He'll be sure to hook you up with the target's friends/foes as to know more of said target. Because of this, he is called the 'flesh broker' for how easily he can gather intel through a non-conventional means.

Money alone cant solve everything, but that doesn't mean it cant solve anything(considering many things can be bought on a price). If he wants something done, he makes sure to pay things fair and square. If he needs something? He'll make sure that good gets delivered with ease. Training and showmanship are important, but even the best spies need the proper tools for the job. Especially if they're gone on a big mission!

Origin and Background:
Lexi was born in the American Midwest and prides herself on being an all American kinda gal. As one might expect her grades through school were middling at best and she never really applied herself to the idea of higher education. She was always more interested in working with her hands, and body. The fact she graduated high school at all is nothing short of a miracle and almost immediately afterward she took the money that was supposed to be used for her first year of college tuition, bought her first bike and went on a 'celebratory road trip' and never did go back to her hometown again.

What happened in those next few years is kind of a blur, even to Lexi. Especially to Lexi. She fell in with a more than one wrong crowd, learned some skills that have served her well, and did what she had to at times to get by. Whether it was dancing on tables in nothing but her boots, standing her ground with a gun in hand or getting out of sticky situations by falling to her knees. Unsurprisingly these actions led to multiple run ins with the law.

Thinking back Lexi isn't sure at what point Glam squad first started watching her. But she does remember waking up in a holding cell with a wicked hangover and a particularly noisy officer banging on the bars and telling her that her bail has been covered by a Mrs. Royce. Since then Lexi's life changed considerably. Mostly for the better.

In exchange for joining the squad and promising to keep herself out of trouble, Lexi was given some capital to open up her one little body shop and establish herself in a more permament life, which conveniently helps keep her in one place where Royce can keep an the on her, no doubt. The odd modelling gig on the side offered by the agency is just icing on the cake and something Lexi would gladly have done for fun regardless.

Abilities/Skills/Gadgets:
-Gun nut. Lexi loves her firearms, and I do mean LOVES her firearms, and prides herself on knowing that there isn't a weapon in the glam squad armoury she can't competently disassemble, put back together and shoot in 90 seconds or less. Big guns, small guns, loud guns, weird guns, Lexi loves them all. To that end Lexi has assumed the role of resident range-safety officer and squad firearms trainer.
-Eagle eyes, Being a crack shot means excellent hand-to-eye co-ordination and overall excellent quality vision. When on the job there are few details that escape her notice. This also helps to make her an exceptional long distance markswoman.
-lip reading & sign language. Thanks to her exceptionally keen eyes and nimble fingers these were skills Lexi was able to learn relatively easily. And in her line of work the ability to read a mark's lips from across the room or communicate silently with a partner have proven invaluable indeed.
-Quick draw/lighting reflexes, Lexi will bet whatever you want that she can draw, aim, fire, reload and fire again faster than any man, and put away her rounds tighter and more accurately than anyone else in the squad. Or at least that's what she boasts.
-Damn good driving, Lexi loves fast cars and faster bikes. If she or the team need to get somewhere fast or chase someone down then lexi is in her favourite element. Nothing beats the adrenaline fuelled thrill of a high octane chase, unless guns are also involved. The more crazy and ridiculous chase, the better, Off road, high speed highways, packed downtown roads, etc, etc.
-Mechanic, Lexi's cover occupation isn't just a hobby. She's pretty good at what she does, and genuinely enjoys tinkering with machines & engines and getting her hands and face a little dirty.

Appearance:

Standing a diminuative 5'4” Lexi has never let her lack of imposing stature bother her. In truth she enjoys being towered over by strong men and pretty girls alike. She is often wearing bikinis or other revealing outfits regardless of the location or occasion.

Personality:

Lexi knows she's a walking stereotype. A petite blonde bundle of boobs, the truth is she secretly enjoys leaning into the blonde bimbo stereotype, and can be a bit of an attention whore. Often playing it up for fun outside of work at the club or just playing around with a hot date.  She enjoys the lingering eyes of men and woman alike as she struts past, and smirks often at the odd catcall or approving whistle.

Obviously she is absolutely willing to play this up to it's fullest potential when seducing marks. Letting her future enemies so easily under estimate her is one of the most powerful tools Lexi has in her arsenal. She learned long ago that a lot of men (and some woman) she met were quick to believe three things about her.

1) that she is a lot weaker than them
2) that she is much dumber than them
3) that she is hopelessly attracted to them

Outside of the world of flirtation and sex, Lexi is a pretty simple girl. She likes to shoot, dance, ride one of her (many) motorbikes, and is a frequent sight in the local amatuer (and less than legal) racing scenes. As well as a feature dancer at a variety of gentleman's clubs.

Flaws:
Lexi can be a shameless flirt sometimes. Letting herself get carried away and led into situations that she should really know better than to allow herself to fall into. Which leads to a second flaw of being too quick to fall back on violence as a back up plan. As well, Lexi can become easily distracted. Once she is riled up and horny she often becomes somewhat single minded, unless she is the most blatant and obvious danger than her immediate focus can switch to simply finding some way to release her lust before carrying on with her mission.

Lexi is not well suited for hand to hand combat. She isn't incompetent but she knows her limits. She can be easily overpowered by bigger and stronger opponents and relies heavily on her natural dexterity and keeping at least some distance between her and any opponent she fights.

The blonde bimbo routine isn't just an act. Lexi isn't what one would call.... 'book smart'. Outside of guns, girls & racing Lexi's knowledge of anything academic is severely limited, lexi does her best to try and follow along when the squad's specialists and egg-heads try and brief her, but most technical and scientific jargon sails right over her pretty blonde head.

Ons/Offs:

Lexi is into both guys and gals but definitely prefers gals. She's happy to take charge or let herself be taken in turn. She's into almost anything and is almost always willing to experiment with a “try anything once” attitude.

Sure. Overall this'll be operating under action movie rules where the bad guys all conveniently speak English with varying accents but it's cool if Joshua has the gift of tongues.

You can but I just want to reiterate I don't have an ETA on when I'll be moving forward. Wanna get re-acclimated to E and be sure I'm in a good headspace before tackling the running of a group game.
