My name's Celeste and as the title says, I'm looking to start some new roleplays with some good writers. I really love details in writing so I tend to write on the longer side (like 600-1000+ words on average) so I expect around the same from my partner. No, I'm not going to sit there and check your word count or anything. But if I get a lot of 2-3 paragraph long responses I'm going to get bored very fast and likely end up telling you that I'm moving on from the roleplay. Although, I understand that posts will vary in length with each scene.

I don't really care what gender you are, but as for the characters I'm only looking to play against males or females. I'm only interested in MxF or FxF relationships (I list my plot ideas with Him and Her terms, but the genders can be switched as needed). I play both males and females so if you want to play a specific role I have no problem filling in the other. Although I will say that lately, I've been more in the mood to play female roles. I love having fantasy elements to stories and tend to add some degree of romance to all of them so I hope that's okay with you. I don't mind smut but prefer that there be a plot in there too. I'm not interested in just writing sex scenes the entire time.

I have some stories that I'm more interested in pursuing right now that I'll post down below, but I have a LOT more on my O/O thread. If any other ones catch your interest I won't say no. Or if you have something you've been craving and want me to take a look at/consider I'd be happy to hear your thoughts. The plot ideas that I post down below are only intended to be taken as a general skeleton of the story. I am happy to (and hoping) that you'll bring your own ideas to the table so that we can build and expand on the story to make it something we'll both enjoy.

That being said, my last note here is that I am interested in connecting with writers that are creative and active. By active I mean are willing to build a story with me. I don't want to be the only one moving the plot. I want characters that are interesting, not static. I'm willing to work with your availability--even if you only give me a post once a week or month. Though ideally, I'd want someone who could post maybe once a week. I have some roleplays that only get a post once and month and I am okay with that. As long as I can know that you're still into the RP, I'll work with what you can give <3 I'm happy to just chat with my partner in that in-between time and make friends so don't be shy about taking your time posting, or worrying about reaching out. I'm very patient and understanding!

Fantasy/Supernatural: Stories where either one or both parties are non-human (witches, demons, werewolves, etc) and/or the story takes place in a fictional/fantasy setting.

Retelling/Fandom: Stories that may or may not contain supernatural/fantasy elements, but are inspired by other material (books, movies, TV shows, etc).

Dirty Little Secrets

BACKSTORY I've played out this idea a few ways. They can either be complete strangers that meet in college or, if you're open to incest themes, they can be siblings that were separated as children/teens that reunite as adults. The general idea is that the male has more of a violent streak and she's more manipulative. Both have a sort of fascination with hurting others (be it emotionally or physically). While she's mostly fought off the urges, he's embraced them.

PRESENT As they spend more time together and their attraction grows, he pulls her more into his world. They would start meeting off at some party or club maybe. The chemistry is instant even though she tries not to give in right away.

PLOT She can either be a virgin or just less experienced than he is sexually, but the main idea is that he will slowly introduce her to new things. Rough sex, hair pulling, biting, spanking, choking, squirting, light bondage, exhibitionism, anal, dub-con, and possibly knife play are some ideas of things I'd like to see. The main theme here is he likes to scare her and push the limits because he's fascinated by the fact she doesn't back down even while she's scared and that turns him on. There doesn't have to be a strict dom/sub relationship, but I think there would be elements of it. In the bedroom, I envision him taking on a more dominant role. Outside of it, when they plan kills, she's more of an equal. I don't see them murdering together right off the bat; I'd like there to be some build-up.

Also, I want to just throw it out there that I do want a certain degree of realism to the story. I want things to kind of make sense. I want our characters to play things smart. They run into challenges but handle them in smart ways. Our characters aren't going to walk around with blood on their hands and all over their clothes with a bloody knife and someone sees them and they just go "oh haha, it's just paint" and get away with it. Getting them into unrealistic situations will just pull me from the story.

Heart of Betrayal

Seeking: Male Detective

BACKSTORY Raised from childhood to take over her family's business. She's endured years of "tough love" and physical/emotional abuse. It's all been worth it in her mind knowing that one day she'll be out from under his thumb. When her father sits her down one day and tells her that he's arranged for her to marry a man she barely knows, she's pissed. Especially once her fiance shows his abusive side and she realizes she'll just be stuck in the same situation and her father plans to let her fiance take over the business instead.

PRESENT She lets herself get caught for some crime, but refuses to talk to anyone except for one specific detective. She's looked into him and knows he's not one of her father's men. As far as cops go, she knows he's clean and trustworthy. He thinks he's caught her but gets the sense that there's more to the story. She turns into his informant as they work together to take her father down.

PLOT As they spend more time together things can get more intimate between them. They could come at it as a no-strings-attached thing. For my character, it's a way to get back at her fiance and escape her situation for a while. Eventually, I'd like there to be real feelings between them. My character would resist because it's hard for her to connect emotionally and she's been hurt. Maybe your character wants to "save" her from her situation once she learns about it (her childhood and the situation with her fiance). From there, it would be more about getting her father arrested and building up a case while trying to keep her involvement out of it. She might start off wanting to take over the business but maybe changes her mind and wants out of the life (if that's even possible).

Road to Love

BACKSTORY They used to be best friends until something pushed them apart. He moved away during their sophomore year of high school without giving her a chance to say goodbye and he broke her heart. She was left picking up the pieces of her life and learning how to live without him. Just when she thought she got over him... he's come back into her life.

PRESENT It's her second year of college and she feels more lost than ever. He's the last person she expected to run into at college, and she's spent much of the last year avoiding him. Following the death of her father, she wants to spend the summer retracing the steps of the last road trip her family took together. She convinced her mother to let her go on her own, but the day she's supposed to set out she sees him. Her mother, still in touch with his family, asked him to tag along with her for the road trip in order to keep an eye on her. She can't stand the idea of being stuck with him, but she won't let him ruin something else for her so they take off on their adventure together. Will they be able to mend their broken hearts?

PLOT There could be a million reasons why he moved away and ghosted her so I'm happy to hear your thoughts. Maybe he was moving and tried to confess his feelings but she froze and didn't know what to say/do so he saw it as rejection. Or maybe she started dating one of his close friends and he couldn't deal with it. Or he thought he outgrew her and moved on but later realized he was in love with her. Either way, I see it as they're both hurt and not looking forward to being stuck together for the summer. As they spend more time together maybe they rekindle their old friendship and then slowly fall in love. I see plenty of room for some funny and quirky moments on the road.

Reach the Stars

BACKSTORY Both promising musicians in their elite music program, our characters have been rivals from the moment they set foot in college. In their first year together, they spent most of the time competing for the top grade in their classes. They were constantly trying to one-up each other, fighting for the best music rooms to practice in, watching each other perform in the square in the park, and trying to advance their careers.

PRESENT Now in their second year together, the stakes are higher than ever. This year, there's a big competition at the end of the school year. Only the best musicians will get to compete and there's a high chance that there will be representatives from well-known record labels there scouting out new talent. This could be their chance to make it or break it.

PLOT This would be a contemporary rivals-to-lovers kind of story. They're both highly driven and competitive, but as they spend more time preparing for the competition they also end up getting to know each other better. They can communicate through music, probably trying to outdo one another. They can perform at clubs and bars. Once they start being a little more friendly they might even exchange ideas and spend time together. Eventually, they'd realize they feel something for each other and it would be shocking for both of them. With the competition, it could either be that they're competing to get one of maybe 10 spots to perform or maybe it could be that they all perform but only one of them will get a call back from a record label. So once they become romantic it's harder because they care for each other, they want to see the other succeed, but they also don't want to miss their shot.

BACKSTORY She's always been a party girl, but the night she lost her brother she lost everything. She couldn't look her parents in the eye anymore, couldn't face being alone. Even though on the outside she appears to be the same girl as always, she's dying inside. Music is the only thing that makes her heart still beat while keeping the heartache away.

PRESENT Her family may be rich, but it's not greed that drives her to take up a job as a stripper. When she's on stage, she can be someone other than herself. She loves the attention, the lust, the passion. Her parents would probably disown her if they ever found out about her job, so she kept it hidden. She lives two lives. During the week, she's a rich party girl, the spoiled princess who rules every club she hits up. On the weekends, she's a stripper known as Roxy Royale.

PLOT We can play this out a few ways, but I kind of envisioned this with the male character being someone from the mid or lower-class. He might work at the strip club that she works in (maybe one of the bodyguards or bartenders) or he can be someone who frequents the club. I picture him being attracted to her even if he doesn't really know anything about her. She's very private and keeps details about her normal life a secret. Maybe he has a bit of a crush on her.

One night, he goes to a nightclub to change things up and sees her there. She's all dressed up and it's clear she's wealthy. He can confront her there or he could wait until the next time she works at the club. Either way, he knows her secret, he just doesn't know why. Once she knows that he knows about her other life, she'll reluctantly spend more time with him. He's the only person she can really talk to at the club. As they become friends (and more) she might pull him into her world. At the same time, he can pull her more into his. Of course, things still have to be a secret from her family because of her status and their class differences.

Step By Step

BACKSTORY She moved out of her parents' home right at 18 to get away from the abusive environment. Since then, she's been working at a local bar as a server. The young owner has always kept an eye out for her, and it's clear he has some kind of interest in her, but she's been careful not to cross the line with him. Her big dream is to be a dancer and she has her heart set on the dance academy in town, but it's an elite school and she'll have to work hard to get in.

PRESENT Now 21, she's a bartender at the same bar. She's saved enough money to afford a year's tuition at the academy and passed her audition. The problem? The night before her fees are due, someone breaks into her apartment and steals her savings. Now she can't pay her rent or afford her tuition. When the bar owner finds her crying before her shift, he gets her to talk. He offers her the room above the bar for free until she can get back on her feet. And more importantly, he offers to pay her tuition. But will his favors come with strings attached?

PLOT I see him being her patron in a way. He pays for her schooling and lets her live above the bar. He makes more advances toward her now that she's in his debt. We can play it as him just being more comfortable with her or we could have it be him taking advantage of her being in his debt. Either way, they start spending more time together. He might have her come along to events with him to keep him company, but he could also take her out on dates to try and get to know her better. I see him wanting to give her gifts and pay for things, but this totally makes her uncomfortable. She likes him, but she doesn't want to take advantage of him or make him feel like she's only into him for the money.

We could also have an angle there with her abusive home life. Maybe they come into the picture from time to time, trying to get her to come back. They might be part of a gang so that's why things are tense between her and her family. My character just walked away and they see it as an insult. Just an idea. 

Beyond the Stage

BACKSTORY Three years ago, she was in love, she thought her art career was going to take off, and she spent her nights going to every one of her boyfriend's performances. She was his biggest fan, his muse. She always knew he was going to make something of himself, and she pictured herself being at his side for it all...

But then her father got sick. She stopped working on her art to take care of her father, and she lost the momentum she'd gained. She still tried to be there for her boyfriend as much as possible, but eventually, she didn't even have time for that. When her father only had one month left to live, she needed her boyfriend more than ever... but he left.

He got a chance to join a record label and had to go on tour. This was his chance. Even though he loved her, he couldn't stay. He chose his dream... and lost the girl he loved.

PRESENT Three years after her father's death, she's starting to put her life back together. She's started to work on her art again, but she's in major debt from her father's medical care. She's moved on from her ex... or at least she thinks so. After his latest tour, it seems he's come back to his hometown. Now that he's back, all her unresolved feelings come rushing back. But she's not sure she can open that door again and give him another chance after he abandoned her when she needed him the most.

PLOT Essentially, they would slowly be rekindling their old flame. She would be reluctant at first. He left her and she's definitely going to harbor some resentment, but the attraction is still there. He wants her, but he knows he blew it last time and isn't sure he still deserves her. I picture her still being friendly with his family. The whole time he's been away and busy with his work, they've stayed in touch because they know she's on her own after her dad died.

Since our characters aren't sure where things are going, once things are romantic, I can see her coming along with him on flights to perform in various places, but they still keep their relationship a secret. I think until he's ready to show some real commitment to her, she'd be reluctant to go public in any way. Although that might not be up to them. Maybe the paparazzi manage to snap some pictures of them together and it puts added pressure on their new relationship. Lots of room for plotting here. Another point of contention would probably be money. He probably wants to help her out once he knows she's in so much debt, but she doesn't want to take his money. She also wants to restart her art career and he wants to help, but she doesn't want to take the help because she wants to know that she made it because of her own talent and not because he dropped his name/used his influence.

The Long Road

BACKSTORY Not many make it out of Sierra Heights. It's a dump of a town. People live and die here. It's ruled by various gangs, but none more notorious than the Sierra Saints. Our characters met in high school. They'd grown up on opposite sides of town but circumstances brought them together. She was determined not to get stuck in this town. She had big dreams of going off to college and becoming someone. He was failing at school, getting into trouble. They struck up an unlikely friendship. She helped him study and they made plans to get out of the town together. Romantic feelings had started to grow between them, but before it could go anywhere, life tore them apart. She left. He stayed.

PRESENT After being gone for two years, she's back in Sierra Heights. Life outside Sierra wasn't all she thought it'd be. Escaping from an abusive relationship, she's come back home. She seeks the comfort of the familiar. Even if it's not exactly the best place, she feels safe here. She knows the rules and how to stay out of trouble. She picks up a job at Rosie's Diner to make some money while she figures out what to do next. What she doesn't expect is to run into the boy she left behind. But he's not the same boy anymore. He's part of the Saints now. Dangerous. Intimidating. Completely wrong for her in every way.

So why does she still want him?

PLOT The story could start with them meeting again at the diner. There are plenty of ways to play out the story. I see her abusive ex playing a big part initially. She ran back home to get away from him. When her ex starts showing up everywhere and causing trouble, then maybe the male character could step in to help her. Whether she likes it or not. And of course, there would be tension between them over how they left things.

There could be many reasons why he decided to stay. I was thinking that maybe one of his close friends or family members (a sibling possibly) was killed by one of the gangs, so he told her he was going to get revenge. She knew that if he went to a gang for help he would get sucked in. And once he was in, there would be no leaving it. Since he was so deadset on avenging his friend/sibling's death then she told him she couldn't stay and watch him ruin his life. So she left. He could be bitter about it or jealous. She abandoned him, but she also made it out. She got to leave and chase her dreams. She saw it as him choosing revenge over her. They were supposed to get out together, but what they had together obviously wasn't as important as the rest. She basically just gave up on him at that moment because if she tried to stay for him, then she would never get out herself.

They both very much still have feelings for one another, but she's trying to stay away from him because she doesn't want to get her heart broken again. Not to mention, she doesn't want anything to do with the Saints. I'm also leaving it up for discussion how high he is in the MC gang. Is he the president/leader, or an enforcer? That might change how the story progresses a little once they get more involved. I do see her running into some trouble because of her association with him. Maybe rival gang members harass her or something.

Once they become romantically involved it'll be interesting to see how their plans change. Will she still want to leave? Will he want to go with her? Will she decide to stay? Is he going to really commit to her? I could see him being kind of a playboy after she left for college, so him being in a committed relationship could be new and challenging for him. I do see their relationship being bumpy. Again, lots of room for plotting and drama so I'll be happy to hear your thoughts!

The City Kings

BACKSTORY New Haven, a city that seems like any other. But behind the curtains, it's run by several mafia families that keep the smaller gangs under control so the violence only touches the poor parts of the city. They grew up in two totally different worlds. She had to learn how to live with the constant fear of gang wars and violence that are commonplace on her side of town. He was a part of one of the mafia families, a prince in his own right.

When she was 16 she started working at a diner. The first time he came in, she was warned to stay away from him. The owner knew who he was, but she went up and took his order anyway. She took his order anyway, treating him like anyone else despite the looks everyone else was giving her. He was a few years older than her, but he instantly took a liking to her. He came around more often, and when she turned 18 he started to flirt with her. Knowing that he was trouble, she did her best to keep their interactions strictly friendly. She hid her interest. Sure, he was attractive, but nothing good could come of getting involved with someone so clearly from a world so different from her own.

PRESENT While coming home one night, she sees something she shouldn't. Now a witness to a murder, she's being hunted. At first, it's just a car stopping outside her home late at night. Then it's someone following her on her way back from the store. When they almost run her off the road, she knows she's way in over her head. But she knows it has to be a gang or one of the families. Everyone knows the police can't be trusted. So who can she turn to?

When she comes into the diner for her shift looking shaken up, jumpy, and exhausted, he knows something is up. Vulnerable and scared, she ends up confiding in him about what's going on, not having any idea who he is. After some convincing, he gets her to come with him for a few days and stay in his guest room. When he looks into the incidents he realizes he won't be able to simply make things go away. The murder she witnessed was ordered by a rival mafia family, so the only way to really protect her now is if she stays with him.

PLOT The story could kick off with her seeing him at the diner and telling him what's going on. From there, it could go a few ways. If he tells her what she found out, she would probably want to leave and not get him involved. We'd have to decide whether or not he chooses to tell her that he's part of the mafia as well. If he tells her, she'll resist more. He could put her on a virtual house arrest by posting guards outside his home and not letting her leave until she agrees to his rules (meaning she has to always go out with two of his bodyguards or with him). Or if he doesn't tell her, that could be a revelation for later. We could also decide if he's taken over for the family at this point and is the mafia boss himself or if he's still technically waiting to take over from his father (maybe his father dies sometime during the story and he takes over).

Either way, I see her trying to return to her old life. She would want to keep working at the diner. She's trying to save up to go to college. She's independent, so she wouldn't want to accept any more of his help with her already staying at his place. Wanting to earn her keep, she would probably make a habit of cooking for him as a way to pay him back for letting her stay. Eventually, he might suggest she come out with him to events as a way to pay him back as well. Depending on how we want to play the story, he could have a sexual expectation of her or not. Or maybe he flirts with her when he's a little drunk and she feels obligated to give in because he's taking care of her. Then in the morning, they could have a conversation about how she doesn't have to feel like she has to do that. He genuinely likes her and doesn't want her to feel pressured.

Eventually, I see them getting into a relationship. His family might not approve of her. They think she's after his money or not good enough. I see him spoiling her a lot and helping her with her goals (giving her the princess treatment despite her protests). He wants to help her go to school. And she would be his first serious relationship. There would probably be a learning curve for him. She challenges him and always speaks his mind. He would be very protective of her. With their relationship being more public, he knows she might be a target. He might have to struggle with being protective vs. controlling at times because he wants to make sure she's safe. Lots of potential here for tension and growth!

Truth or Dare

BACKSTORY They knew each other in high school, but ran in different circles. She transferred in during her senior year. There was something about her that drew him to her. A story or secret she had yet to tell. They shared a single moment in the hall on her first week. He helped her find her locker and showed her around. But then the popular girls swooped in and drove them apart. They accepted her into their fold, but they made it clear that he was a loser, a freak. Social suicide. Bad luck, they said. People around him just seemed to drop dead. His parents when he was six. His brother during Sophmore year.

So... she became the bully she needed to be to fit in. She dressed like them, talked like them, and smiled like them. Everything seemed perfect on the outside, but she always felt like she was wearing someone else's skin.

PRESENT High school is behind them now, but things haven't changed much. Now in college, they're still on opposite sides of the spectrum. She's one of the popular girls on campus. A good girl--on paper anyways. She's got the grades and all the faculty fooled. But him? He's the bad boy on campus. They say he sells drugs, that he's in a gang. He's known for getting into fights. Causing trouble, though he's managed to keep it from affecting his standing at school. For now.

Things take an interesting turn when they run into each other at the frat's Halloween Party. He recognizes her immediately... but with his mask on, she has no idea it's him. They team up to take on the photo scavenger hunt. A night of fun and dares ends with them in bed. He secretly records it... and after he takes his mask off he enjoys holding it over her. Now he can get payback for all the years of bullying. He could end her social life with just one button... or she can keep playing his game.

Truth or Dare.

PLOT The basic idea is he uses the video against her to get her to do things. Either silly dares or ones with a more sexual motive. He probably takes photos of those too, basically keeping her on a leash. They pretend to be enemies still in public, but they end up spending more and more time together over time. They share a real attraction toward one another, but the blackmail would probably push the early scenarios into a bit of dub-con. Part of his motivation would be "getting back" at her, but in a way, he's also trying to prove to her that she's more the "popular girl" persona she puts on. He knows she gets excited by the prospect of trouble or getting caught. What kind of trouble he's into (is he really selling drugs or in a gang) is up to you.

For her part, she secretly enjoys his challenges. She likes the thrill and having his attention. In a way, he's the only person she can really be herself around. I see them bonding as time goes on and they learn more about each other's lives. I'm thinking they bond over some sort of shared loss. I'm thinking there's a reason she moved to his school during their Senior year. Maybe a family member committed suicide and/or there was abuse of some kind (I'm thinking physical/psychological, but would consider sexual abuse if it's not triggering for my partner) that was covered up. It might still be going on. They might both still be dealing with the effects of their trauma and help one another.

From there, it's kind of up in the air where it goes. Will they officially get together and break social norms? Or will they continue to date in secret for a while to save their reputations? Lots of room for drama and fun scenes. This story would probably have a bit more smut in it since I see their sexual relationship being a big part of their dynamic, but it wouldn't be the sole focus.

Darkness Will Come

BACKSTORY This is almost like a Romeo and Juliet-inspired story but with witches.

Many centuries ago, their covens were enemies. They were both raised to take over their covens as leaders and bring magic into a new era. Her family believed in using magic for good and to help protect humans from magical dangers. As they grew up, they met at different events. As teenagers, they were more friends than rivals, hoping to be the ones to break the blood feud between their families.

Unbeknownst to him, his father was looking for a way to grow his powers and attain immortality. In his quest, he opened a door that released hundreds of demons into the world. She discovers the plot too late and tries to stop him, but tragically dies in the process. She gives her life, using unbound magic to seal away the demons.

It unintentionally binds the demons to her, putting them into a dormant state. Because he hesitated to help her, she saw his inaction as betrayal (he picked her family over her) and the spell also cursed him to serve her family until he rights his wrongs.


PRESENT In modern day, she's just inherited a bookstore that a distant family member left her. She has no idea she's a witch or that her powers are slowly awakening. Trapped within the bookstore, he's served her family for generations. He protects them and guides them as they try to figure out a way to permanently seal away the sleeping demons. When she shows up at the bookstore, he recognizes her immediately. As her powers awaken, she's able to loosen the spell enough so that he can at least leave the bookstore, though he's still trapped in the city. Her memories slowly come back in bits and pieces, reminding her of her past life and the man who stole her heart and broke her trust. He has to train her and help her discover her power if there's any hope of them stopping the past from repeating itself.

PLOT The main idea is that he helps train her to get her powers stronger. As they spend more time together, she recovers some of her memories. At first, she might think they're dreams but eventually comes to terms that it's her past life. They can have days of research or exploring the city where she tries to find clues to the past but also has her memories triggered. They might also help other witches/covens (the bookstore can be a cover and secretly it's a magic shop). Lots of potential here, but I definitely see there being a slowly budding romance between them. I'm also open to having them meet at college and/or attend college while also running the bookstore/magic shop.

Descended From Above

BACKSTORY No one knows how the story began, but one day the old gods fell to earth. For a week, they were mortal. They were hunted down--by descendants of their bloodlines and the heroes that once held their favor. Whoever dealt the killing blow absorbed the old gods' powers and immortality. The new Premier of that bloodline.

While descendants still have a drop of power from their patron hero/god/goddess, the Premier has full access to the well of power. For twenty years, they can enjoy the power and status... until the Hunt begins again. After twenty years pass, ancient magic renders the Premier mortal for 48 hours, making them a target from enemies on all sides. Magic lures nearby descendants to the city and forbids them from leaving until the hunt ends. Some fight for a chance to claim immortality, others simply try to survive. 

In recent years, each House has made its claim to power. Their Premiers have made names for themselves in the modern world. Some are powerful political figures, others are billionaires. They use their powers to enjoy the most life has to offer. In an effort to keep normal humans from discovering their powers/existence, the Houses came to an agreement. In the twenty years between Hunts, they all agree to the Accords: a set of rules that are supposed to forbid Houses from targeting each other for events that take place during the Hunt. Once the 48 hours are up, retaliation is forbidden. 

PRESENT She's part of the House of Athena, descendants of Athena herself. Even from a young child, she was an exceptionally talented fighter. Another family saw her as competition to their son and plotted to kill her and her family. They only partially succeeded, killing her parents and sister. As the sole survivor of her immediate family, she's seen as weak or an easy target in her ruthless community. Her closest friend is the only one who doesn't look down on her. She's determined to find out who killed her family and make them pay... even if it kills her.

PLOT I see her slowly falling for her best friend. His family might pretend to like her, but secretly still be trying to take her out. His family could be part of the same House or could be part of a rival House depending on how you would like their dynamics to evolve.

We can decide how the Houses work in recent times. I was thinking they have some families that are loyal to their Premier and protect them during the Hunts because they want to keep their leader in power. By extension, they get to enjoy the benefits of keeping them alive (money, influence, etc). It's much more of a gamble to turn on their Premier and get someone else who might not share the wealth and power. My character would fall under this category, they're loyal. 

You would decide what you want your character's background to be. Is he part of the same House/bloodline? Is his family loyal to their Premier or do they secretly plot to take a shot at them and steal their power? Why did his family target her family? Does he know/has figured it out? Did they kill her family during the last Hunt, or was it after?

If they're part of the same House: Maybe they've been planning to take out their own Premier and know she'll get in the way. Or they're going after a rival Premier and think she'll be competition if she decides to participate and go after another Premier.

If they're from a rival House: Maybe they killed her family outside of the Hunt, during peacetime but just didn't get caught. That leaves my character with no idea who led the attack but also with little opportunity for revenge until the upcoming Hunt. Or maybe they did it during the last Hunt when they made a secret attempt on their Premier. 

Whatever the case may be, I think because she spends so much time with him (their son) she ends up finding evidence that points to them being behind the attack on her family. The story can go in a few directions from here. 

We can focus on the Hunt and her family's murder. We could start maybe a week or two before the next Hunt begins. Tensions are high. Preparations are being made, etc. She's planning to kill his parents during the Hunt to get revenge. Is he going to find out before or during the Hunt? Which side will he be on? Maybe he's in denial at first and tries to foil her attempts/keep her away from his family without letting them know she's onto them. He doesn't want to choose. Eventually, though, he'll have to make a choice. 

I was also considering that maybe they could discover an ancient text that hints at some way to end the Hunt. A permanent way to end the curse that keeps the bloodshed going. There could be serious consequences to ending it. Do they all lose their powers? What price will they have to pay to break the magic? All questions we can discuss and plot together!

Heart of War

BACKSTORY Centuries of peace are shattered when the dragon shifters turn on the elves. He never imagined that he would have to take the crown--his brother was the crown prince, not him. He was always dismissed, pushed aside, and underestimated. Bitter, he played into the role, becoming the lazy, spoiled, womanizing prince everyone thought he was. But with his father's health quickly failing, his brother dying in battle, and war quickly approaching their doors, the second prince now finds himself having to secure an alliance to ensure their survival.

PRESENT The Elven houses have been divided for a long time, but he knows they are stronger together. Along with his female bodyguard, he takes off to meet with one of the friendly houses to ask for the princess's hand in marriage. During the journey, he falls for his female bodyguard. She realizes he's not the spoiled prince she thought he was and starts to gain respect for him--maybe he truly can be the king they need.

PLOT Lots of room for action and romance on the road. They can pretend to be a couple to avoid enemies and humans who may not be friendly to elves. Maybe some houses are working with the dragons to save their own skin, so they have to keep an eye out for assassins as well. I'm happy to hear some ideas! I see them slowly falling for one another, which will throw a wrench in the prince's plans. If he falls for his bodyguard, how is he supposed to marry some stranger even if it's to save his kingdom?

Fallen For You

BACKSTORY He was a low-level Angel. She was an Archangel. She was above his station, beloved by all, pure, selfless--and he fell for her hard. The head angel already had his eyes on her and was jealous of their love. When he tried to court her and was rebuffed, he decided to destroy them both. Knowing that she was obedient to a fault, he set up the male angel to look like a traitor. When she discovered his "betrayal", he ordered her to torture him and cast him out.

Believing him guilty... she did as she was told.

It was only until later that she realized how wrong she'd been. She discovered the head angel's lies and tried to find a way to bring her lover back. They tried to kill her, but she managed to escape and fell to earth...

PRESENT He's been living on earth, disgraced, and now a fallen angel. He's bitter and jaded. The moment he senses she's been reborn he seeks her out. She betrayed him, believed the lies, and stole everything from him. Now, he's going to make her pay.

PLOT I see him stalking her and torturing her secretly (maybe he breaks into her room or uses his abilities to make her see things that aren't there). She probably also just plays people against her (making her friends turn on her). At the same time, he's slowly getting her to fall in love with him. Because she's afraid of her "stalker" it makes it easy for her to fall for him. He's her rock--though little does she know he's actually behind it all. I see him being bitter and hating her, but also wanting her at the same time. He still loves her. Maybe the head angel finds out they're together and makes some dark deals to have demons attack them. Eventually, she'll find out that her love interest is actually her stalker. From there, she can recover her memories and maybe even regain some of her powers. They can reluctantly work together to bring down the head angel while still hating and loving each other in turn. It's up in the air whether they'll forgive each other fully. I definitely see the romance being a little rough and passionate considering their mutual betrayal/distrust.

Tides of War

BACKSTORY The lost city. It lives on beneath the ways, hiding within it a trove of treasures, magical artifacts, and her people's way of life. She's a mermaid, a daughter of the king, and a warrior. She's dedicated her life to protecting their home and when a human enemy discovers a piece of history that may lead them to their doors, she sets out to stop them at any cost.

PRESENT She disguises herself as a human stowaway on the ship and works to gain the Captain's favor. She works hard to earn her keep and his trust. She pretends to be on their side while betraying them at every turn. She uses her powers and skill to try and lead them astray. If they discover her home, she knows it will be the end of their way of life. If she cannot keep them from discovering it, war will come.

PLOT This story can work a couple of ways. Either the prince himself is on the ship and leading the expedition, or it can be some pirates that are trying to buy back their freedom and are working for the crown. Either way, she'll be working against them to keep them from finding the city. They can be chasing leads. Traveling from place to place to track down old texts or gather stories to give them more clues. There's potential for romance if she tries to get the Captain to fall for her so she can get inside his head and stay ahead of his plans.

Love the Dark

BACKSTORY Over two hundred years ago, demons broke through the gates of hell. And since then, humans have fought bravely to hold them back. The demons are not mindless creatures, but near-human beings that operate under the command of their King and Lieutenants. They are organized, ruthless, and deadly.

PRESENT Two hundred years later, the Kingdom of Everwood has one of the best military forces in the known world. More importantly, they are best known for building the Wall around a large portion of the Human Territory which keeps the demons at bay. Imbued with magic, it is considered impenetrable...

Until the day a demon breaks into the palace and comes to deliver a message: the wall has a weak spot. The magic is fading. It's only a matter of time before the Demon King finds out and brings war to their doors.

PLOT Essentially, I see the demon breaking in. Maybe he starts off coming in as a spy. Yes, the wall has a weak spot, but perhaps he doesn't know why yet. He could be sent in to find the archives and figure out what spell powers the wall so that he can bring it down. Or he can actually be there to help. Maybe he's running away from the demons for his own reasons (maybe he tried to kill the Demon King to assume control but failed). Either way, I see him spending a lot of time with the Princess. I see him being kind of rude or tough, even though he keeps insisting he's there to help he's kind of sarcastic and brooding. I see her being kind and gentle, but also knowledgeable and fierce in her own way. It's her kindness that ends up winning him over. Slowly, he starts to see her in a more romantic light. As he proves himself useful to their human armies, he kind of takes on the role of protecting her. Eventually, more demons might come in or maybe even humans are working with demons and assassins break into the castle and he keeps her safe. There's lots of room to plot for this story, so I'm open to ideas.

The Night Calls

BACKSTORY They met when they were kids and were practically inseparable. It wasn't until they were teenagers that they decided to see if there was something more between them. They got romantically involved, but they were young. Their relationship wasn't perfect. He was protective, maybe a bit overprotective and possessive at times, but they were irresistibly drawn to each other over and over again. Her family was always protective of her, so their trying to warn her away from him only made her run to him more.

And then, in their senior year of high... he disappeared.

He simply vanished. His parents discovered him missing. They searched for him for months, but never found any clues as to what happened to their son.

And her? After another disappearance in the area, her family decided to tell her the truth. Their family came from a long line of vampire hunters. They killed the vampire, but it was clearly too late. They never wanted her to be a part of this life, but they realized keeping her in the dark was dangerous. She was furious with them, sure that her boyfriend had been a victim of the vampire as well. Despite her anger, she insisted on training and learning everything she could. She became determined to hunt down every last vampire and never lose someone like that again...

PRESENT For years, they mourned him...

But he wasn't dead. Not really. The night he disappeared he was on his way to her house. The vampire attacked him, but it didn't kill him. It turned him. In the years that followed he had to learn how to adjust to his new life.

It's been years, but he's learned how to blend in and contain most of his bloodlust. He's moved from city to city, never staying too long in one place. It's when he rolls into a new town that he runs into her. The attraction is instant. It slams into him. He still wants her, but has too much time passed?


PLOT Obviously their coming back into each other's lives is going to present a whole bunch of questions and problems. For a few days at least she'll probably be too relieved to see him to question it, but she'll definitely confront him about it soon after. She'll want to know what happened to him and where he went. He'll have to come up with a story.

I think it'd be interesting if it takes her a little while to figure out he's a vampire. I figure she has a day job so it provides him with some cover. She's not around to see if he goes out or not. We can also play the vampire bit a few different ways. It's open to discussion. Maybe he doesn't burn up in the sun but he's weaker and more vulnerable. That would give us more freedom to move them around in different scenarios, but if we want him to strictly come out at night that's fine too. He could also have physical and/or other abilities thanks to being a vampire.

I see their relationship being very sexual. Their attraction is strong and she's almost making up for lost time. At the same time, their relationship is very toxic. They both have secrets. They're bad at communicating. Plus, once they find out about each other's separate lives they'll technically be enemies. She's supposed to hunt him but she can't bear to kill him. Not that she wouldn't threaten to. And of course, he probably doesn't feel great about her hunting other vampires. Especially not peaceful ones. He's possessive and jealous. She likes to play with his emotions and be a tease. Even though they have problems, they still come back together over and over again.

The story could go in multiple directions from here, but I'm interested in getting your ideas!

Together In Paris

BACKSTORY This sort of takes inspiration from the film Anatasia with a modern-day twist. Instead of Anatasia defeating Rasputin, she and Dimitri end up dying but trying to protect one another. Their love provides them with a sort of protection against Rasputin's spell, making them reincarnate throughout the years. Kept alive by dark magic, Rasputin can never let her go. Dimitri and Anastasia find themselves time and time again, but always have their lives tragically cut short.

PRESENT Ana is an orphan who grew up in the foster system. Her childhood was rough, but despite everything, she has big dreams. She's never understood her obsession with Paris, but the city calls to her. When she finally gets a chance to go, she takes it. She saves up and decides to do a summer abroad in college. When she gets there, she meets a boy who seems painfully familiar and they begin a tentative friendship that slowly blossoms into romance. At the same time, strange things start happening. Near accidents, trouble, tragedy. Wherever they go, darkness seems to follow. And then there's the dreams. They feel real, like memories. But they can't be... right?

PLOT I'd like this to play out with them exploring the city and going on dates or little adventures. As they get closer, both characters will start having dreams that are memories of their past lives. Eventually, I'd like them to remember who they are. Maybe she and Dimitri (not opposed to giving him a more modern name) will have magic of their own--I'm not opposed to the idea. They'll be trying to survive Rasputin's attacks. While they're getting closer and recovering their memories, Rasputin will be getting stronger and tracking them down. Once they recover their memories their main goal is to take him down for good. They want to break the cycle and live a full life with one another.

The Cursed Woods

BACKSTORY As you can probably guess, this is inspired by Beauty in the Beast.

Years ago, a young werewolf and his family were cursed by a witch and her coven. The rest of their loyal pack stuck around, determined to see them freed. But the years went by... his parents died without ever being able to step foot outside their lands. Their bodies were only free in death. With only the boy left now, the pack is more determined than ever to make sure he doesn't meet the same fate as his family.

PRESENT Now an adult, the young werewolf is the new alpha of the back. Not that the title means much to him when he's trapped on the castle lands. To break the curse, he needs to find his mate. But not just find her. Make her fall in love. It's a task that's much harder than it seems when you have to rely on your pack to trick or drag innocent humans to the castle. And much more of a risk to the girl when breaking the curse means risking her life.

The greenhouse on the grounds is heavily guarded. Inside is an enchanted rose. Every few years a petal falls off, a visual reminder that the werewolf's time is running out. Only his mate can take the rose and break the curse. But if the wrong girl picks it up or their love isn't true then the thorns will cut and poison her.

He's seen too many girls fail, had too many disappointments. He's running out of hope. It's turned him bitter, angry. When his pack brings the latest victim he finds her attractive but is he willing to try again?

PLOT This story can be light or dark honestly. I'd be okay with adding dub-con elements to this story. It would probably kick off with my character deciding to go on a hike. I see it being an impulsive decision after a bad breakup. The castle could be enchanted so only the pack can find it/bring people there. So once my character gets there she'd be trapped both by the magic on the land and the pack that would be patrolling the grounds. Smut-wise, they could jump into things pretty quickly or it could go a bit slower. All up to my partner's preference. I don't see the romance being necessarily smooth in this one. I see them bumping heads, arguing, testing each other's patience, fighting--even if they sleep together early on I would think they'd pretend to hate it after. Eventually, yes, there would be genuine feelings involved. Perhaps more of a gentleness with her out of the bedroom. Maybe he has his pack bring back items that he gifts to her. He cooks dinner for her.

I'd also be happy to discuss when exactly is the curse broken. Does the story end with them breaking the curse? Or does it continue after? Why was his family cursed? Was it justified or was it just a bitter rival? Does he want revenge? All up for discussion! I wouldn't mind playing out things after the curse ends and they move to the city. His family could come from money so his pack has maintained his accounts in his absence and they're able to start fresh. Or he could choose to stay at the castle but they'd be free to leave the grounds now. I look forward to seeing what ideas my partner comes up with for this.

The Family Business

BACKSTORY This one isn't as concrete an idea as others, but I do have a couple of ideas in mind. I'm always super anxious about doing anything set in a fandom because I don't want the story to necessarily be about getting every single canon detail right. It's more like taking inspiration and making it our own. That said, it's not really necessary to know much about the Supernatural fandom. We could simply play it out as our characters being modern-day people that hunt down supernatural creatures. We don't need to worry about the Supernatural timeline or anything (though I'm not opposed to mentioning canon events/characters if you like). And here are the ideas:

Scenario A: They grew up together/knowing each other as children. Their families both hunted so as adults they officially went out on their own to hunt as a team.

Scenario B: They meet as adults on a random case and decide to work together. They each have their own reasons for hunting.

Scenario C: My character is a hunter with a secret. She's some kind of supernatural being (I'm thinking an angel--fallen, nephilim, or normal angel, witch, psychic, or maybe even a pureblood werewolf) looking for revenge against another monster that killed someone close to her. She runs into your character while pursuing a lead.

PRESENT Scenario A: I think for this one we would need to introduce conflict/tragedy into the story. Maybe a fellow friend/hunter is killed. Or maybe even a family member. Either way, their lives are drastically changed by some kind of loss that drives them to look for revenge.

Scenario B: Depending on their reasons for hunting, they might end up being rivals or butting heads about how to take on certain cases. Maybe one is using the other.

Scenario C: They keep hunting until at some point my character's secret is revealed. Maybe someone who knows her tells your character or it's somehow revealed during a fight (an injury or something). Things are tense after. They had sort of grown close. Your character might not know how to proceed. Maybe he thinks all monsters are bad and should be put down so he's conflicted because she's only ever helped other people. She's saved lives. Probably a lot of drama there with feelings of betrayal and guilt.

PLOT With all scenarios, the plot will depend heavily on my partner's input. I think romance will definitely be involved in all. Maybe a sort of "forbidden" romance. They're partners and shouldn't be together because it's a distraction. Or (in the case of Scenario C) one of them is a monster/supernatural being and it seems wrong to fall for them. Either way, I'd love for this to be equal parts hunting and romance.

Club 34

BACKSTORY (This is an idea that a past writing partner and I plotted out but we never had a chance to play things out)

Beneath the twinkling lights of the Happiest Place on Earth... lies a dark secret.

Club 34. An exclusive club hidden beneath the park offers its patrons a chance to meet their favorite princesses in private. Some princesses have been lured in by the promise of money or future jobs, others... are not there by choice...

I've already chosen face claims for the potential princesses I'm willing to play (Ariel, Belle, Aurora, and Elsa) so if you message me about this idea I'm going to take that as you being okay with those face claims. I'm willing to play any or all of those princesses. I have a general idea for these characters.

Ariel/Mia: A sweet girl, the manager has kept an eye on her for a while. She comes from a troubled home and he's waited months to get her this job so he can have access to her away from the prying eyes of her family... (The manager could be a charming neighbor or maybe an uncle if you're okay with an incest angle). He's groomed her but she's too naive to understand that his affection is not love.

Belle/Riley: Lately she's had a string of bad luck. Car broken down, landlord about to kick her out, and credit card debt from trying to keep herself afloat. When the manager approaches her to talk about her poor performance she realizes she's about to lose her job. But the manager offers her a chance to keep her job... and make more money than she could imagine. They seal the deal by fucking in his office before he brings her to the club.

Aurora/Angelica: She dreams of getting into acting school. When the club manager approaches her after her shift one day and promises to open doors for her, she's willing to do anything to prove herself. If she can get through two years at the club, they've promised to get her into her dream school.

Elsa/Natasha: She was in popular demand at the club, but the club manager knew he would have a hard time recruiting her. She came from a good family, had no debts, no need for money. Bribing her would do no good. One day while she was in her changing room, she felt dizzy. She passed out and when she came to she was in an unknown bedroom. The manager came in to explain her new situation. She belonged to the club now. An unwilling participant, the manager spends painstaking nights breaking her in. He takes pictures and videos of their sessions to blackmail her into keeping silent and doing her job.

I also have a few ideas for male roles that I'd want my partner to play. If you have ideas for something else that would work too, but this is what I've brainstormed. You're free to change details or tweak their personalities to whatever you see fit.

Club Manager: The one in charge of the girls at Club 34. He's the one who approaches the girls and gets them into the club either through coercion or force. He gets the privilege of full access to the girls. He breaks them in and makes sure that guests leave satisfied.

Guest: This would be someone visiting the park. He gets approached by a Club 34 member who invites him into the underground club. I pictured this being a man on vacation with his family (either a dad or uncle). Maybe he's a businessman who's wound up and looking for adventure outside of his married life. He starts out kind of shy about the whole thing, but after a couple of sessions, he starts to discover a new side of himself. Maybe he's been pretty vanilla in his marriage/past relationships, but with the princesses, he gets rough and kinky. He becomes a regular visitor.

Cast Member: A young man who works in the park and gets recruited to work in the club as either a bouncer of sorts or cleaning staff. I see him being maybe not as intense as the Club Manager. Maybe he starts off feeling kind of bad for the girls but starts giving into his urges. As an employee maybe he gets a free session per night with one of the girls and he starts to get a little possessive of her. He has a favorite. Or maybe the manager starts to look at him as a protege of sorts and has the young man help break in/train the girls.

PRESENT For Mia, it's her first day in the park. The manager visits her in her dressing room to wish her good luck. It's his first time truly alone with her. He makes a move on her that she shyly accepts. He's only ever looked out for her. He's been the father figure she's never had... her feelings become clouded but she can't imagine being without him.

Riley's just been pulled into the office. The manager is going to make her a deal she can't turn down. After he signs her onto Club 34, he fucks her in the office to make things official.

Angelica is ready for her first day at Club 34. She roams the club, waiting for her first guest to take her to her room...

Natasha wakes up in her princess room at Club 34. The manager gets ready to break in the new princess...

PLOT The manager would first visit Ariel/Mia probably, then our next scene could be him a few hours later calling Belle/Riley into his office.

Maybe at the same time, Aurora/Angelica could be chatting with the younger cast member. He might take her to her room and they could fool around a bit.

The last scene for the first day would be the manager waking Elsa/Natasha in her Club 34 room. He could either start things alone with her or maybe he's brought someone else in to help him with her. Either he brings in the younger cast member to help hold her down/fuck her. Or maybe he brings Aurora/Angelica. It's up to you how that plays out.

Again, if we only want to use one or two princesses in the story, that's fine with me. I think Elsa would be a must-have for me.

Each post would not have to have all the girls or all the male roles. I would prefer us to switch around who we're focusing on per scene to keep things from being too overwhelming. For example, maybe we do a few posts with the manager and Elsa before switching over to the guest and another princess either later that same day or another.
