Hi Symphonic, glad to see you.

It would honestly depend on what you are planning for Chi.  All types of magic are usually pretty subtle.  Something like super speed like the Flash is not something that would fit, but if you are talking kung-fu action theater effects then sure that totally fits.  Are their any movies, books, actual techniques you are basing this off of so I can get a better idea of what you are thinking?
