Hello and welcome!

I’m currently plotting an adventure and would like to know if there is anyone interested in playing the role of the brave heroine (or villainess) in a storyline focused on treasure hunting. Think Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones, that kind of thing...

The storyline would essentially be a streamlined version of Pathfinder/D&D (possibly Gestalt) which is geared towards one or two characters. You can expect lots of hazards, traps, remote locations and dangerous places infested with hostile natives and a plethora of perils to be encountered along the way; all of which would require cunning and resourcefulness to deal with effectively. The protagonist could work alone, with any number of NPCs, or potentially an accomplice (another player) if the pair interact well and enjoy working together towards a common goal – something which should probably be decided very early on. Seasoned veterans and newbies both very welcome to apply!

I’m looking for writing partners who are proactive, engaging and willing to contribute to the direction of the storyline; those who seek information rather than merely waiting for events to unfold. Any discussion and plans made before rushing headlong into every deep, dark crevice with swords swinging, would also be very welcome. Use all the tools - stealth, distraction, seduction, cleverly timed snares and traps designed to capitalize on the environment. Naturally, I’ll play the role of any NPCs in the storyline, the reactions and responses of which would depend a lot of how the protagonist(s) approach things.

Whilst I’m happy to include as much or as little smut as desired, my intention is to produce something that’s more than just a smutty smut-filled smut-fest saturated with senseless smut... with at least some motive or context, reason, seduction, or even a little foreplay. Even if an interaction is completely one-sided. I’m very open-minded and versatile and I would be more than happy to discuss, negotiate and customize content to suit. We can talk about what type of interaction should be expected, what kind of NPCs have appeal or even what happens if our poor heroine is somehow overwhelmed by a band of lust-filled orcs, or lured into a devious trap by a succubus, for instance.

You can most likely expect back and forth posts of a paragraph or two a few times a week rather than huge walls of text all the time, though we can always do more if schedules align. It really depends on the dynamic of the situation. Any character could be completely human or maybe even a little exotic; just as long as she more closely resembles human than beast.

If this piques your interest, shoot me a PM with any questions or ideas.

Thanks for reading! ;)

Update to answer a few questions...

This is planned to be an actual game rather than a freeform scenario. I’m leaning towards PF 1e as I know the system inside-out, however, a basic understanding of D&D is completely fine as I’m planning to streamline combat to be more fluid and less reliant on maps, minis, dice, tools, etc, and allow the game to flow a little better.

The plan was to present a challenging scenario with a genuine objective and let the player(s)/character(s) decide how to approach it. A pair of characters seems like the best fit, as it allows for a flow of ideas and a dynamic between them without stalling each time a mob needs to act. It also allows for a backup in case one is incapacitated for whatever reason.

Slight inhuman features / augmentations (pointed ears, canines, small horns, etc) are fine. As an example, feline ears would be ok, though feline face and paws would be excessive in this setting.

Yes, I’m definitely interested to see character concepts and which might be the best fit.

...  Well then.

I am a fan of fantasy adventure, I do appreciate peril, and I quintuple appreciate "This isn't a game that exists solely to strip the heroines of their clothes and do various things to them"

I'll see what I can crank out.

Do you have any preference for the type of character at all in terms of heroine/villain? Personally, I'd lean more towards either a cocky swashbuckling rogue and/or an ice queen wizard if those sounded interesting to you. And do you have any sort of character sheet template you'd like to post or can we just use one of our own?

Thanks to all for your the interest in this storyline. I'm now sifting through each of them to find the best compatibility. ;)
