~A Sin For All~

~Story Synopsis~

            Theory suggests that the human plane of existence follows a single linear design with three parts; a beginning, a middle, and an end. With little actual proof this is what is generally accepted and therefore must be fact, science is man made after all and while still within it's infancy can only peel back the layers available to them. Before all the formulas and hypothesizes all truths were told by holy men with the world as it was known created by God, an all mighty figure whom brought the Earth to existence with a single and greatest bang within the once empty universe. His creations were within his own image to live among peacefully in the new realm now forged by his hand, the celestial beings carefully watching over the newly minted creatures known as mankind and for a time only bliss was known. Like all beings however there would be those who would envy such vast power in which God so easily frittered, concern and genuine jealousy over his love beginning to fester within his precious disciples that had come into existence first before the humans within the garden.

A perfect utopia can never truly exist.

     With the creation of free will even the angels themselves were not fully immune to the throes of such terrible emotions born within them to question their creator, a being whom seemed far more concerned with his new venture and thus the falling had begun. A true hatred had long bubbled and boiled within angels no longer able to abide by the holy standards that with each passing millennia became that much more restrictive, the mightiest of God's angels  no longer holding his tongue as with the curse and attempted overthrow of Heaven's Gate itself, Lucifer was cast out with his own followers. Those who had followed Lucifer into damnation and had challenged God himself became the anti Arch Angels to mock the virtuous servants of the All Mighty; seven demons who with their newfound leader spread their chaos into the now tainted world after the apple was eaten from the tree of life. Gula the Glutton, Luxuria the Lustful, Avaritia the Greedy, Superbia the Prideful, Ira The Wrathful, Acedia The Sloth, and Invidia The Envious; became known as the Seven Deadly Sins and the harbingers of spreading evil and corruption to God's precious humans under their Lord's command.

    As fantastical as this all seems and how it truly goes against all the known knowledge mankind has learned over the length of time Lucifer, God, they are indeed very real rather than the loose ideas of using stories to keep man on a path of common decency, religion professing such time and time again despite how in recent years many have lost touch with such guidelines.In the modern era such atrocities as crime, murder, war, famine can be explained away with citing of people and other matters to blame, mankind unaware of literal demons walking among them like wolves in sheep's clothing and had done so since the beginning. The mantel of Sin has been passed down with every reincarnation of evil taking root time and time again, some sins more so than others, as with every new 'birth' of a new carrier of Sin so does the introduction of new and variable manners of causing terror. For a time Lucifer was content in his pets handiwork upon the world, watching new disease and violence bloom at the hands of his 'angels' all in the name of himself; and yet...there is always room for improvement.

   The world of science will have many believe that the known universe runs linear with a beginning, a middle and an end, but for the ethereal wild card such is simply not the case at all. God has many reasons for his will, only the fallen dare question, yet it would be Satan himself to stumble upon the attempted reversal of what was thought to be the only universe. A parallel universe with the same tragic story of discourse played out of emerging Sins befalling the world but with a twist; female demonic souls that would wreck havoc in the name of their dark and powerful mistress.It was the knowledge of this eerily similar universe that lead Lucifer to develop a tryst with the fellow demonic being with the reward paid in newly created sins that could no doubt bring forth an even darker more bleak existence to the world to spite God in all his glory, his Deadly Sins to partner off with her own Sinful Seductresses and create a brand new chaos unknown to Heaven and Hell itself.

    And so with the seven male sins and the seven female sins came the promise of more twisted corruption to make the world bend at the knees to them, but of course free will would conceive there somewhat of a choice in the matter; as evil as they are there are still standards to up hold.  Each demon must find a mate with whichever sin they see fit as the differing evils could bring about a myriad of newly minted vices, the lords and dames of evil gathered as only time will tell what unions would be found.

~Game Guidelines| Rules~

Let's get the main one out of the way; I will not tolerate drama.The first little snippet of it I will not hesitate to kick people out. In the past I've seen drama completely tear a story apart, so please for the sake of common decency just try to be respectful to others okay? That goes as well for the Discord chat (which will come later depending on enough interest), because come on...we're all adults so please act like it. If there are any issues don't hesitate to message me and I  will clear up the matter quickly.As far as posting length I want to maintain a sensible 2 to 3 solid paragraphs if not longer as my normal rules apply to this as well; no one liners and god moding. I want to create a story full of emotion and depth, so posts should be detailed and be much more than sheer reaction if it can be helped. Granted this is not so much a rule as more to help fellow players have enough to respond to, so it doesn't have to be a novel either just enough to give a good direction for others to reply to.

I live in South Carolina so my time zone may vary compared to others, that being said I tend to post in the later afternoon going to the wee hours of the morning as I tend to not sleep all that well. Some posts may need to be paused in order to get into a routine though that doesn't mean we skip over due to an inactive partner. There may be posts that can further explain your own until we can move the story along, but try and be courteous to others given we are all in different time zones. That said as well I at least want one post a week from all players if not more, nothing too extreme but any inactivity longer than an week unless stated will result in a character being taken out in some form.This will be fairly sandbox as far as the general story with some leeway to allow people to filter in and out as they tend to do with group games; so long as we have posts the game will continue despite people dropping, so don't worry.


I will be accepting character sheets at all times so please send them to me or my co GM Blueyedbard in PM and not on the interest check, failure to do such will result in it not being accepted. I will review them as quickly as I can but do note that not everyone will be accepted; do not take this personally. I have been on this site for a while now and have figured out what writing styles work well with others or certain ideas, so if you are not accepted it is not personal merely it may not be the best fit. The total number that we are looking for will be 14 (Seven male sins, seven female sins), the potential for those to have second characters only after enough initial accepted characters but it will be the GM's decision. So for the time being only one character per player as of now.

This will be mostly a sand box game with some GM corralling every so often, mostly my aim of this game is to let the characters interact and find themselves thrust into the setting and expectation of it all. Are they angry? Confused? Maybe even thrilled? The world is your oyster. A few general rules do need to be given though in order to make this game work smoothly, the main being any sex or smut shouldn't occur until I have put up a sexual thread to be a catch for it all, after all we want the characters to get to know each other before boning. Remember romance is key here, but otherwise enjoy~

The premise of this game will be largely sins finding love with other sins, as there will be events held to allow everyone to mingle together and get to know each and everyone but otherwise as stated it is a sandbox theme. I will be placing this in the extreme category mostly to ensure that all our bases are covered but do note that romance is still the key, so consent is needed for anyone. All the sins will have been gathered at a single location and Lucifer will give instructions to what will take place, but otherwise the setting is free form and creativity is for all ;3

Chameleon- Lilian is able to shift her physical presence to match what is desired from either herself or her current audience, which has served her well as the growing cosplay community has all but embraced the demonness as a top tier performer. In the day of modern tech many do not suspect anything other than photoshop skills or even the access to a well worked plastic surgeon, although it is difficult to pertain exactly what Lilian once looked like before it all. Even Lilian has long forgotten what her true appearance may have once been as although she may look the idol of perfection, within her own gaze all she can witness is a dark scrambling void of nothingness where her features once lay.
Emotional Bounce- In a sense Lilian is able to feed off of all the applause and praise she receives from her looks as an internet idol, using the modern day resources to spread herself across the world in a blink of an eye so that all may bask in whatever presence she posts. While the throngs of mortals hanging onto her every whim seems to be more than enough to any person, to the demon of Envy enough is never enough, as Lilian has successfully created multiple 'presences' of herself to fit into every category she can. From the promiscuous baby girl of many an self proclaimed 'daddy', to the portrait of perfection that is online modeling, Lilian has no qualms in those she deceives so long as they continuously feed her habit of attention. Good or bad.
Torrential Surge- While Lilian feeds off of the emotional responses to herself from her fans she can also inspire those around her to do her bidding, a few well placed strings in which she can pull in order to sway things in her favor or how she sees fit. Many an rival internet star has succumbed to Lilian's jealousy in the onslaught of her audience subsequently attacking those who oppose their idol, a few well placed tweets or images sparking chaos on the boards as well as on the streets all thanks to the demonness. While masking her efforts as 'being attacked' Lilian can ensure her puppets spread her presence all the more, the constant chatter of what views Lilian is passionate about always the talk of some podcast or self made review by fans; and each persona has a different outlet in order to bring discord into the world both the good and bad.

Personality:Lilian wants attention, rather needs attention in any way she can achieve it. She desires to be noticed and seen by all the world and has shifted her physical appearance to do so at a whim, and yet it never truly feels enough. No matter what form she takes that gives her an adoring audience it has and never will be enough to silence the voice within her to desire more; as a result Lilian can be seen as explosive and prone to bouts of erratic behavior to get any snippet of remorse or desire from those she sees around her. The ultimate drama queen who is hungry for views and likes across many different media platforms, there is always a plasticity to her demeanor making understanding the real Lilian quite the impossible task for any mortal to unravel. Sweet, bubbly, energetic, crazed, frantic, unstable; Lilian can be all these things and more within a matter of seconds and largely is depending upon whom she converses with to see which is brought out of the demonness.

History: Anything before Lilian's life has long been forgotten or rather once the passing down of Envy found it's new host it was erased, Lilian rather not concerned although is curious to know if all her fellow demonnesses have had the same experience. What she did experience within her first flicker of life however was the constant need for attention and how desperate she was to achieve it, even if the dull roar of her inner voice saying otherwise. The constant battle for perfection and feelings of  inadequacy was born into a new era of humankind like the previous incarnations of Envy had never known, the new millennia aiding Lilian in the downfall of proper etiquette and thrusting in the haven of 'safe spaces' and other means of tearing down authoritarian law.

With a network of the world just at her fingertips Lilian has long twisted the idealistic horizon of humans to fester behind a screen and wish to covet that which they cannot achieve, the internet merely a new platform in which could be used as a weapon with the demonness not having to leave the sanctuary of her home in order to do so. Spreading lies and stirring up questionable matters in which would have never been thought of prior, Lilian has given both a voice as well as a sword to each hand of those whom are fed her speech and act on her behalf. Infiltrating all media platforms from both apps to even the spokesperson of many a group Lilian is not content in spreading her twisted views of those who have more fame, more presence than her, as the birth of the internet has created those who will do her bidding and attack those she feels have done nothing for their worth; or have and she simply wants them destroyed.

Technopathology - Austin can interface, explore and control technological constructs using his mind.
This also allows him to roam the virtual landscape of the internet and connect with any machine networked into it.  Security systems can provide an obstacle to his penetration, but generally he only needs a short time to find holes in their defenses...or make them.
Electrical Manipulation - Austin has the ability to control and alter charged particles, allowing for the manipulation of electrical devices, electromagnetic fields and, of course, electricity.  Most often he uses this power for levitation via the alteration of his own electromagnetic field and parlor tricks like turning on and off lights.
Bio-Metal Physiology - When in his demon form, Austin is composed of highly-malleable biological metal that he can alter and transform into any shape he desires, as long as it conforms to his body mass.  This form has the heightened durability, strength and speed one attributes to demons, along with the capability to produce bio-weaponry of the melee variety.  This form is featureless, but can be given any features he desires at will.

Personality:  I'm a pretty chill dude, really.  My time is mostly spent volunteering at disabled animal shelters, reading to blind amputees with terminal cancer and teaching the homeless how to read, you know?  I used to be a model, but I realized that flying all over the world, posing for world-famous photographers and receiving the praise and adoration of millions was really empty.  I needed to find something that fed my soul, and that's why I started my first charitable foundation to turn plastic straws into professional attire for recovering addicts.  I post pictures of my successes on Instagram and talk about the things I've accomplished on Twitter so that I might inspire others to do their part to make the world a better place for everyone.  #Blessed

History:  The current incarnation of Pride is only the newest in a long line of them.  The apex of the sin and the way it is expressed changes so rapidly that the old model is constantly being replaced by the new hotness.  Austin was an underling at one point who had the wherewithal to adapt to the modern social media age, and to turn that new landscape to his own means.

It started with humblebragging on Facebook, then shifted to vlogging on Youtube, then pretty much every 'influencer' on Instagram...and so on.  He was the one who elevated the Kardashians to fame, and it was his voice murmuring in Drake's ear to cause him to be...well, Drake.  Every modern rap song about how that rapper is the greatest, how they started from the bottom and now they're here, or how many hoes they bang on the reg...that was partly his doing.  He was clever enough to foster a collaboration with Envy and Greed, since they benefited just as much from the expansion of the virtual sphere and social media.

It was with their backing, if only via that connection, that he was able to step up and wrest control of the title of Pride from the previous claimant.  The battle was almost embarrassingly quick, as Austin had no intention of doing anything but outright destroying his competition in the most humiliating way possible.  In the end, he actually consumed his predecessor before an audience of fellow demons, in order to ensure that it would be a long time before any upstarts got the idea to challenge his place in the gilded throne.

Pheremones- It is just who he is, Xaiver seems to give off the very scent of desire, the welcoming warming need of come get it! The scent will vary from person to person, but the reaction is the same…may I have that, please? To which he is welcome to yield to that want. The fact that it is normal to smell as the basis, the reaction seems to increase with touch, more so with saliva as well.

Telepathic  Morphology- Within the connection of the person touching or connected too the person or persons seemed to all but tell Xaiver what would stimulate them most, what would push them to the edge, what is their uttermost desire. With this knowledge he will generally go about pleasing them, he knows what is too far and what is not far enough because the subject unbeknownst to even themselves tells him their deepest, darkest desires. With this knowledge is body is thereafter able to assume that form to meet out those particular desires. (Be it size increase or smaller, extra appendages, etc.)

Self-Duplication-Xavier is a consummate practitioner. He is always learning he can learn more because he can create copies of himself, these copies are capable of acting independently when away from the source but will typically fade after a couple of hours and rejoin the main bring back both knowledge and experiences. This requires typically some time to adjust and assimilate the information into the total being.  So far this has allowed in to please several people in the room at one time to which he reveals in the excess energy being stimulated or created by him and them. Hasn’t created more than 7 at any one time.

Personality:Xaiver is a demon that both lives and craves touch, pleasure, for the most part, the carnal erotic call of passion and desire. He reveals in the look, the stare, the smolder and then the capture, devour and release. He is try-sexual, generally only twice, the first time to make sure he didn’t mess it up. But thereafter he knows what he likes. He strives hard to please the one he is with, as that is when the greatest corruption happens when the person desired feels that desire, so completely and overwhelmingly the will do anything to have it. He tries to make that happen in all those he comes in contact with. What is lust if it is not spread around and partaken of? “Come get some!”   He is well versed in touch and knows how to create both pain and pleasure.

History:  Xaiver has known nothing else, to him, there is nothing else. The desire and pleasure of it all. It simply makes everyone, knows him, feels him and leaves a lot of happy memories and a few sad faces in his wake.  Hell he is not stupid everyone is not going to be happy when he lives, but everyone will remember him. He sees this life as a conquest, he remembers certain events and even likes to recreate them from time to time, because…hell, why not. When he goes to college the orgies of ancient Rome when he goes to a concert reliving the feel of free love and Woodstock. He puts his hands in everything and he makes the most of it, he loves music and making melodies and can even play to inspire and continue to invoke desire long after he is gone.

Rock the Earth Be it when he is drilling the black blood from the Earth's core, or quaking its very foundation, the planet has always bent to his will. Splitting the ground and raising mountains with just a thought, it's generally clear that he's made Mother Earth his personal bitch.
The Angry Legion Leo still carries an army of rage filled spirits, his fanatics, within him. These spirits can be released to fill a surrounding area and those in it with an unsettled sense of anger or hate. The direct cause will often seem unclear, just magnifying intense feelings those affected already have.
Those spirits can also take a physical form when Leo needs extra hands to cause havoc, or just to play his backup.
Rock Walker With his command over the Earth Leo can move through the ground, sinking into the very soil and becoming one with the rocks themselves, until he bursts up from the ground somewhere else. He can even turn his skin into that of stone, and is known to leave statues of himself standing about. Usually just to let others know he'd been there, or to have something else to smash when he is in the mood.

Personality: Leo is loud and boisterous and always the first to start the party and the last one to leave, once the entire venue is destroyed. He's a rule breaker, a wildcard, if someone tells him what to do or how to do it, he'll find his own way to do it, then smash it over that someone's head.

But rage and anger aren't his only emotions. So long as whomever he is with is capable of moving to the beat of a drum no one's heard before, he can be joyful and fun loving. Just don't tell him to calm down, because that taste for destruction is always somewhere in him.

History: The role of Wrath is one facing eternal contest. To hold the great sword is to have the blade forever at one's throat. Needless to say, any demon capable of tearing the title from their predecessor, would be a most terrifying opponent. So despite a never ending war began waged over one of the most powerful of demon titles, the sword very rarely changes hands.

The last time the title was passed, it went to a demon lord so dark and vile that stories spread through the ethereal plane that he was a great as three demon lords combined, and that's where the stories end.
What would never be told is the story of a lesser demon with so much rage, and hunger to lead the destruction that would plague the human realm. A hunger so great that he hunted one of the greatest commanders of the dark stars, a demon lord called Leonard. The lesser demon desecrated his own body and attached the slain lord to himself, gaining control of his power.

The demon was new, and greater than the sum of his original parts, but his rage and hunger burned on, as did his hunt. The next lord the demon hunted was the Legion. A monster made up of a thousand horrid spirits acting in unison to spread anger and hate. Again the demon ripped apart his own body to take on the Legion as part of himself, and again the demon was changed.
With every new form the demons power grew and with it his rage. It was that rage that drew him to his next target, one of the four principal kings, Ziminiar. For the last time the demon destroyed his own body and was rebuilt with his new pieces. In his final form, his true form, the demon was reborn with the names of those he had consumed: Leonard "The Legion" Ziminiar.

With an all new form and an all new burning rage, Leo set his sights on the title that would finally let him release that rage on the world. Completing work on his ultimate form, the War Machine, he set out for the current sitting Wrath and destroyed them, utterly.

With their new position requiring them to spend time on Earth, Leo found he was drawn to the new and exciting industrialization the world was going through and the way it was changing the way they waged war. It was loud and exciting. It reminded him of himself, and he worked to further that influence. Filling their skies with smog, and their seas with oil.
But after generations the work became streamlined. The damage was the same, but the suffering was minimal, and the influence unnoticed. That was when he discovered something that influenced another part of mankind, rock and roll. They called it the devil's music. It was loud and influenced the masses, it could even drive them to violence or madness, and it reminded him of himself. So he found a new way to spread his influence over the world.

Demon Form: War Machine

The War Machine is a construct of Leo's own design and piloted by him. It doesn't run on electricity or even oil, but rage. Rage, hate, pain and everything inflicted upon the world that feeds his very name.
The War Machine is alive, and whenever damaged, can repair itself with all new parts and pieces.

The War Machine has three modes: the continuous track, for speed over all terrains. Six spider legs for uneven battlefields. Flying Fortress, for when he needs to take to the sky.

Fame Everyone has heard of Shyama. Even if they can’t place the name or face, even if they’ve never seen her perfect face, or flawless body, or any of the pageants and contests she has dominated in, anyone who meets her simply knows she’s an A-list celebrity and treats her accordingly.
Helen of Troy Shyama’s attention is a precious thing as is her approval. Best friends have gotten into bloody fights over the right to talk to her. Strangers have stabbed one another at the hint of Shyama favoring one over the other.Wherever there is anyone who wants to bask in Shyama’s glory there is violent and vicious conflict. And Shyama wouldn’t have it any other way.
Influencer Shyama’s countless photoshoots, social media posts, interviews are more than just a completely perfect young woman looking exquisite. She’s able to put in oh-so-subtle influences even in static media for her millions of die-hard followers. With just a few trigger words or phrases she can make almost any admirer of hers into a little puppet she can play with, at least for a little while.
Personality: As a former Miss America, while well aware of her True Nature, Shyama is outwardly a humble, intelligent, articulate, friendly, and sweet person. Very few people would guess her real personality. Sadistic, cruel, manipulative, and completely amoral. She views humans as little more than insects and animals and delights in arranging them into brutal conflicts for her own amusement. Above all, however, she wants to be the focus of attention, of desire, and of victory.
History: Born of humans, Shyama is a young demoness, even if her spirit is as ancient as sin. She has been #1 in most things competitions she has entered in, going to any lengths, no matter how underhanded or cruel, to win. Her (literal) crowning achievement was winning Miss America, giving her a good base to springboard her powers of Fame.

Ability One: Weapon Manipulation: Weapons of all sorts love her. Whether it's a sword a gun or a nuclear bomb, she'll take it from you and twist it to her own desires. Modern weaponry with it's intensely impersonal connection to the people controlling it is actually especially easy to control. Along with her ability to manipulate weaponry comes a side benefit...because they want to serve her will, weapons seem especially loathe to harm her. Blades dull or won't pierce her skin, bullets seem to bend around her, and missiles become mysteriously lost when fired at a city she resides in.

Ability Two: Emotional Manipulation: When she wants it to, an odd sense of disquiet can permeate the air around her. This can range from twinges of mild annoyance, to bar brawls, to full blown, riot inducing, rage on a city-wide scale depending on the level of chaos she is seeking to spread.

Ability Three: Technophile: A recently discovered ability. With so many weapons systems being linked to computers and so many humans spilling their own brands of vitriol across the internet, it was only natural that she developed a skill at manipulating these things as well. Anything she writes tends to go viral and, like the more personal emotional manipulation she can incite in person, spreads varying levels of annoyance, anger, and rage to anyone who clicks a link leading to her articles.

Personality: In her heart of hearts, Reggie craves chaos and finds the quickest path to it is through human anger, fear and destruction. Her moods can swing from intensely focused on a current project to utterly bored and looking for a quick fix. Long term projects can be decades in the making (she has the patience to see them to fruition even if she seems impatient on a more day-to-day basis) while quick fixes usually involved bar brawls, bombings, and sometimes violent outbursts in intensely personal settings. 

History: In ancient times, Reggie could be found on battlefields, urging berserkers to new heights of frenzy. Or in the halls of kings decked out in silks and jewels and urging their monarch to war. In modern times she's found her role has shifted and she likes it. She's allowed herself to become the face of one of the largest weapons manufacturers in the world, delighting in feeding her R&D people fresh fears and new slices of anger to fuel their most destructive ideas.

From behind her desk in her office, she's able to set so many long term plans into motion with just a few keystrokes that it also leaves her time to focus, and play, with more short term goals. She's a prolific writer, often sending opinion pieces in to magazines on all the most controversial topics (under a pseudonym of course!) and sometimes two or three differing viewpoints on the same topic sent under different names, all more extreme than the last to make the blood of her readers boil! She also dabbles in the stock  market...spreading panic, fear, despair and rage all at once as she causes some stocks to plummet and companies to crumble...though financial ruin isn't nearly as satisfying as physical ruin on a massive level.

She doubts anything short of an all out thermonuclear war will ever be as satisfying as the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were...but worldwide destruction would then mean no more fun at all so (for now) staving that off is actually one of her long term goals.


Player's On and Offs: Reggie has very few offs but anything is entirely dependent on the mood she's in on a given day so it's probably best to ask first.

MY Offs: bestiality, permanent damage, bathroom play...beyond that just ask.
