Hello there! My name is Yokai and I am looking for a roleplay partner that would be interested in some of the provided plots below. I am currently in my final year at university, so my activity levels fluctuate greatly depending on my weekly workload. However, I usually average between 2-8 paragraphs per character, though that varies depending on my partner’s preference and how inspired I am by the roleplay itself. In an attempt to keep this relatively short and sweet, here is what I am looking for right now:

• [Romance] MxF, FxF, & MxM are all fine with me.
• [1+ paragraphs per character] This is non-negotiable, sorry! I would expect you to be semi-literate at the very least. Just don't give me one-liners.
• [Communication] Talking outside of the roleplay and actually communicating? That is some spicy friendship material right there!
• [Offer ideas] I would love for a partner who contributes to the roleplay, even if the prompt we’ve chosen was an original one of mine. Please, do not be afraid to offer ideas and share your thoughts. I do not want to carry the plot by myself.
• [NSFW content] While this is an adult roleplaying site I am currently advertising in the SFW section. As of right now, I'm looking to keep things PG-13. I've also submitted a NSFW search, so if you're responding then please mention which thread you're replying to.

I understand that this is not a fandom but I've recently really gotten into D&D campaigns and finally started watching Critical Role. So, anything in this D&D styled setting sounds like it could be a lot of fun!
↳ Currently, I am looking to play a charming but morally ambiguous half-elf rogue, a lawfully good but painfully naive/dense human wizard, or a brooding elf/drow fighter with a chip on his shoulder the size of Waterdeep.

I LOVE Harry Potter. I have tons of OCs. As far as canon I usually stick with Hermione and Lily but I’m more of an OC person. I usually play as a straight female but I’d be willing to double as well (just not much practice in being a guy). I usually lean toward romance mixed with supernatural.

I’ve never done DND but I’ve been wanting to get into it for a while so maybe you could teach me the ropes?

Word bank: honestly, everything you put down would interest me, I’m just not familiar with Japanese history.

Hello there! It's a pleasure to meet you, TurtleDove.

I recently got approved (as in, I just logged onto the site and got slapped in the face with the new home layout) but I'm still a complete fledgling too. So, we can be inept and confused together, don't worry!

As of right now, I am not particularly craving a Harry Potter roleplay but I would love to muddle through some D&D with you! I've actually only been involved with one GM before, and she basically guided me through the entire process while I floundered around like a confused baby for most of it. That being said, it could be really fun and I'd be happy to impart whatever meagre knowledge I have onto you!

Also, please, go right ahead! I might clean it up at some point, at least once I get the hang of coding again. But, for now, it's all yours!

Oh! And, by the way, I believe I can PM you now since I'm a member. Would you prefer to continue the discussion there?

Now! Like I said, I'm a complete beginner when it comes to D&D. However, one site that really helped with character creation and basic lore was D&D Beyond, which I highly recommend if you're struggling to flesh out your character's race, class, background, etc.

Outside of that, I don't have a basic outline for a plot other than that I'd be interested in doing a roleplay where our characters band together for a quest. Perhaps they were hired for the same dubious adventure, both desperate for gold? After completing the mission (which turned out to be far more difficult than they'd originally bargained for) they decide to stick together. They made a good team after all, and together they could take much more expensive quests. Just something fun like that!

I'd like to use one or more of the following characters for this:

Angel of Havens: This specific type of angel is in charge of creating safe havens for people to stay in when they feel they are in danger. Angels of Havens are neither male nor female, but have a surpassing beauty which resembles both. If you have a character who is an orphan, a widow, someone fleeing an abusive spouse, or a fugitive falsely accused, this might be a good one to try out.



Lucifer: This is an alternative interpretation of Lucifer. In this case, Lucifer was actually the name of a sorcerer who used his foul magic to become a powerful king, and then devised a plan to ascend to Heaven and replace God. The Tower of Babel was built under his direction. But God punished him for his hubris and cast him back down to the earth. Now Lucifer, immortal and alone, wanders the earth seeking purpose for his life, not sure if he wants to seek redemption or to try to ascend to Heaven again. This character can also be played as a female.

The Vampire: Ok, this character will not be done as a "nice" character, not in the truest sense. He or she will be polite, certainly, but this individual will at least start the RP as selfish and predatory. A male vampire will still act like a gentleman, a female vampire will still act like a lady, but anyone they are paired with will be in some degree of peril in his/her presence. I will only pair up this character with a human character or something supernatural and good, like an angel or something of the like. This RP can be romantic, and sex can be heavily implied, but I will not do actual sex scenes.
This one can be a slave/master (or mistress) RP.

Since you listed "Slice of Life" as one of the RPs, I'd also be interested in doing a roleplay where your character is someone new to a neighborhood (you can be something supernatural if you wish) and I play one or more members of the neighborhood's community; a fire-fighter, a lawyer, a preacher, something of the like. Please PM me if you like one of these ideas.

All of those are great and I’m interested in each one. Like I mentioned before I have tons of OCs that would fit in great with each one I just don’t have bios made up cause it’s been so long (def working on that tomorrow) I could send  you a pic of my character when we establish an rp with short bio and likes or dislike and such as most of my characters are just committed to memory and i just tweak a little to suit echo one I do. This is actually exactly what I’ve been looking for something to different to get my creative juices flowing.

I like all ideas and would be open to having more than one thread. I’m particularly interested in the neighborhood and vampire one. I like the idea of the male vampire and human girl. Just a few questions. Would you prefer a girl that is fiesta and defiant (although physically helpless) or one that is a damsel in distress and submissive? Also, what is the time period? Modern or historic?

I don’t have any male characters but I’d be cool with being male for either the angels or Lucifer one. I think it would challenge me in a good way because I’ve never written as an oc male. That would definitely be a work in progress character

Would you be interested in playing a female in an RP with a male Lucifer?

If you're really interested in the Vampire/Human Slave/Master (or Mistress) roleplay, I think either a submissive damsel would be more interesting for me, but probably one who is trying to find a way to secretly and surreptitiously either escape or do away with her master (or mistress) at the beginning of their story.

Haha that’s what I get for relying way past my bedtime lol. I guess I was actually speaking Both of you LOL yes I would actually be very interested in any of those role play it with you as well perhaps we could start another thread so we can discuss and not hijack your Kies thread. I’m actually much better at role-playing as a female I’ve never really had much practice as a mail but I like to be there and I know that not everybody likes to just play a specific gender role.
