Not guilty. I don't play much pinball these days. (Or ever, really.) Friend of mine has a machine at home, but I don't think we've ever actually used it, and I don't see him very often in any case.

TNP is good (by their own estimation) at chess.

Guilty, though was 7 days ago now, so barely within the past week. I sliced open my hand on a tin of canned meat. Earned 911 call because it wouldn't stop bleeding. But it did eventually stop, and it is healing.

I am actually not sure if it's seven. When I can't think of a good one myself, I pass it on. Might be guilty, but I am not sure.

Not sure if you mean going to the unit and adjusting it like that, are turning up/ down the heat. Because I've done the latter quite a bit this week, but not the former. 

TNP has opened up their windows to cool down their house at least once this week.

Not guilty. I'm kinda behind on lots of things, and I'm going to feel that way for a while yet. My Dad died almost a month ago now, and while I'm not the executor of the estate, I'm living in the house we're going to have to be selling, and I feel behind on EVERYTHING. 

TNP is feeling a bit under the weather today.

TNP has consumed a bagel in the past 7 days.

Not guilty. I love bagels, but I just can't have carbs (let alone that many carbs) for breakfast, or I get tired in the afternoon, and bagels are, for me, exclusively a breakfast food.

TNP did not eat breakfast this morning.

Guilty, I got into my garden while it was still cool and forgot, and now I'm too hot to eat

TNP is resisting temptation for something they want, but shouldn't have.

Guilty. There's a chocolate shop up the street that sells these delicious apple pie flavored white truffles. (Sue me; I don't like dark chocolate and am indifferent to milk chocolate.) Every time I drive past I have to resist my urge to go in a buy a box of them. On the occasions when I do, I always say that I'll eat one a day, but they're always mysteriously gone within just a few days.

TNP has some candy (or other food) they're doing their best to eat slowly.

Guilty. I made a lemon pie yesterday and it’s still uncut. Trying to keep it that way a while longer.

TNP has laughed until they cried within the last week.

Guilty. I watched some old "Board Game Club" episodes on YouTube, most notably their first three games of "Telestrations." And BlampCo!'s Adam Blampied and Jon Gracy playing "Would You Still Love Me If..." Their whole riff on "Would you still love me if I turned into a turnip every time the sun set," is hilarious, but the whole video is hilarity.
