“Hello there!  It’s so very nice to meet you!  Welcome to the world of Pokemon!  Our names are Syndicate and InnocentSynn.  However, everyone just calls us the Game Masters!  This world is inhabited by creatures known as Pokemon.  We humans live alongside Pokemon as friends.  At times we play together, at times we work together.  Some people use their Pokemon to battle and develop closer bonds with them.  What do we do?  We lead the game so that we may learn more about Pokemon.  Alright, the time has come. Your very own tale of grand adventure is about to unfold. On your journey, you will meet countless Pokémon and people. I'm sure that along the way you will discover many things, perhaps even something about yourself. Now, go on, leap into the world of Pokémon!”

As you may have already guessed, this game is set in the world of Pokemon, specifically the Sinnoh region.  It is intended to be a player driven story that allows you to play a number of different roles.  You can be a trainer with aspirations at being the Pokemon League Champion, a junior researcher with dreams of become the next Professor Oak, a breeder seeking to breed the finest show Pokemon, even a criminal hoping to join Team Galactic.  The possibilities are endless and the stories are just waiting to be told.  So there is only one question.  Do you have what it takes?

FAQ:

Q:  Can I play as a pokemon?
A:  No.  All players most play human characters, though they can roleplay as members of their team in certain situations.

Q:  Which pokemon are available to capture?
A:  All pokemon that were available to capture in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl will be possible with the exception of legendaries and certain others per GM discretion.  A list of those that are unavailable will be available prior to the game beginning.

Q:  Can I be a Gym Leader?
A:  No, Gym Leaders will all be NPCs.  However, players are free to have their characters have been associated with various Gyms in the past.

Q:  How many Pokemon can I start with?
A:  All players are allowed to start with up to 2 Common Pokemon and 1 Uncommon at GM discretion.

More will be added to FAQ as questions are asked.  Right now, this is in the development stage and we're looking to see if there's enough interest to justify moving forward with it.
