A fun loving happy-go-lucky person, Jubilee wants to enjoy life to it's fullest. While she hates to disappoint those closest to her in her life she is some what of an academic underachiever, though when she puts her mind to it she can be a very hard worker. She is very flirty, outgoing and has a very rebellious attitude, she really does not like limits being set upon her. Life is too short for her to be sad or depressed for too long, she has mourned enough in life after losing her parents and sees that if she stays down in the dumps for too long she has a tendency to make very bad choice i.e. her time on the streets. She is very loyal to her friends and values human life. Very Headstrong. Wants to do some good with her life now to honor those who died bringing her back to life.

Biography

The daughter of two prosperous Chinese immigrants, Jubilation "Jubilee" Lee, was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California and lived a charmed life. However when she was 9 she was part of the 50% called The Vanished after The Decimation. However due to the actions of earth's mightiest heroes Jubilation was brought back to life and her parents were overjoyed to have their daughter back. However due to a mutation within her genes she returned with powers that were difficult to control but with the help and love of her parents she soon developed control after a year of being home-schooled. Her parents warned her to keep her powers under wraps to never use them publicly, they feared that someone would take their daughter away or worse that the general population would see her as something to be feared. For a while things went well for the Lees but it was not to last.

Jubilee was able to go back out and be a normal girl at a public school, she thrived despite her laid back attitude with school work even being able to attend an exclusive Beverly Hills school and was believed to have the gymnastic potential to participate in the Olympic Games. However, all in one fateful weekend when she was 16, her parents lost their money in the stock market and were then mistaken for their neighbors (also named the Lees) and killed by two hit-men, while Jubilee was out with a friend of the family.

Jubilee was then sent to live with her grandmother in New York and for a small bit of time things were starting to get better when suddenly her grandmother was taken away from her after being killed in a mugging gone wrong. From there they sent her to an orphanage, but she ran away and hid in a shopping mall, stealing food to survive. After a few close calls she found herself stumbling upon a group of street urchins, kids who had also been one of The Vanished but had no one else, that welcomed her into their group. She learned to pull her weight really quick as life on the streets was tough especially for a young girl. The group's leader took it upon himself to teach her how to pickpocket people without getting caught, using the crowd to her advantage if she needed to escape or slow down any pursuers. Eventually due to her quick mastery of pick-pocketing she was taught how to pick locks. As things got harder and the cold started to set in Jubilee realized she could earn money by using her powers to entertain customers and visitors in the mall thus making her new little street family's life easier by a tad bit. But she never revealed how she earned the money which lead to some rumors that she was selling herself for their benefit which bothered Jubilee but didn't let it show. Talk was talk and she didn't want to be alone. If they knew she was different they might leave her or do something worse. She had yet to see any of the others display any sort of power so she kept her abilities to herself.

The mall security attempted to put an end to her unauthorized performances, but she constantly eluded them for two years. One day however they finally got the jump on her and she was forced to use her powers for protection. This caused mixed feelings within the community as video evidence showed three grown men beating on the lone female figure on the ground until she let her power erupt and pushed them all away injuring but not killing any of them. People were scared of her powers but others claimed self defense, no matter what Jubilee ran unwilling to face her street family now that her face and powers were plastered on the news. A search for her commenced and it might have ended ugly when a member of the current Avengers (I need a volunteer please) found her and vowed to mentor her.

That was a year ago, now Jubilee is a member of the Avengers .

Superpowers & Equipment

Powers:

Energy Plasmoids: Jubilee possessed the mutant ability to generate what she calls her "fireworks". energy globules that varied in degrees of power and intensity. The globules obeyed her mental control, traveling where she directed them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when she wished. These combinations could result in anything from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person to a fairly powerful detonation, capable of smashing tree trunks or metal objects. Jubilee could absorb the fireworks back into her own body without harm. Should she ever get over her fear of harming others with her powers she would have the ability to detonate matter at a sub-atomic level, essentially making her a walking atomic bomb.

Psionic Shields: Jubilee's mind possessed a natural defense against telepathic detection or attack. These psionic shields rendered her mind "slippery" and invisible to telepathic beings unless they knew precisely what to mentally scan for.

Gymnastics/Athletic: Jubilee is also skilled in gymnastics and had qualified for the Olympic Games before her parents were murdered. Jubilee exercises regularly, in order to stay fit but also enjoys rollerblading and skateboarding. She is very athletic.

Hand to Hand Combat: She is also a good hand-to-hand combatant, having received training in marital arts since she was young.

Lockpicking/Pickpocket: Jubilee is an expert lock picker as well as pick pocket having learned a thing or two from living on the streets for a while after her parents died. Learning these skills made her life out in the cold hard street a little bit easier though it is a skill she does not like to share with others unless needed.

Leadership: She seems to have the makings of a good leader despite her young age. It is something that can flourish under the right guidance.

Tech Whiz: Jubilee is skilled with electronics....not because she can blow them up.

Because if you want a straight up villian it's fine but they'll be long periods where he is not active because they aren't fighting him or something to that effect. Billy is a polite young man, and generally kind to anyone he meets. Bullied as a youth, he now has a strong sense of standing up for ‘the little man’, going out of his way to help people learn to fend for themselves. He can be quite clumsy when under pressure, and though he is quickly grasping his abilities, some might say he abuses them to make life easier (but at his age, who wouldn’t?)
Billy is no slouch in the field, but unless he is personally invested in a situation, he prefers to spend his downtime either gaming or clubbing. Ever since the snap, he has felt himself start to come alive, and isn’t as withdrawn as he used to be - openly gay and occasionally flirty, he is discovering a confidence that he never had before.

Biography

The days since the reappearance of half the Earth’s population felt like an awakening for William Kaplan. Somehow, he’d always known he was different, and not just because he was gay, or because he had powers that even he didn’t fully understand.
It was with the reappearance that the dreams started happening; dreams that he had grown up with a different family, though he couldn’t make out their faces. Somehow, something in his world didn’t feel right anymore, as though he’d been filled with something that didn’t belong. As though some other version of him was trying to reconcile with him. Maybe, he told himself, it was the guilt he’d felt after his family - his real family - had vanished moments after he’d wished them to leave him alone after a heated argument. He wasn’t to know, at the time, that it was a cosmic annihilation initiated by a mad Titan. All he’d known was that he had a power he didn’t fully understand and the ability to make things happen by wanting it hard enough. One minute, doors were slamming, hurtful words were being traded through walls, and the next, silence had descended over the house.
But it wasn’t just the house, and it wasn’t just New York, it was the world over. And as he’d began to contemplate what he’d done, he looked down at his shaking hand, and witnessed with horror as he began to turn to ash…

A different time. A different place. The last anguished gasp of an artificial entity, the dimension-piercing cry of a soul who had lost everything. Their unfulfilled wish, to one day be happy and start a family transplanted into reality, though not without complications. On this Earth was a Young Avenger called Asgardian, the manifestation of Wanda Maximoff and Vision’s longing for each other, given life within the body of William Kaplan. It was this Billy, in the heat of battle, that accidentally returned to the ‘prime timeline’ following the reversal of Thanos’s culling; a teleportation gone awry, he somehow merged with another version of himself that was being willed back into reality.

When Billy Kaplan found himself standing back in his room, he knew something had changed. What he didn’t know at first that he was ten years late to the party - but like the others that had returned ‘on time’, in those ten years, he hadn’t aged a day.
His life was upended, everybody he’d known had grown up, some faster than others owing to the disappearance, but all of his friends were now living completely different lives. And the power inside of him felt like it was growing.

Though Billy and his parents had always decided it was better to keep his abilities concealed, there was little hope of deflecting attention away from the return of somebody thought irrevocably lost. The government descended, and with them, S.H.I.E.L.D. His story didn’t make any sense, but he didn’t know how else to explain it; he remembered his body disintegrating, and then he was standing in the same spot, except it was no longer 2019, it was 2034, and it seemed everyone else had returned in 2024. It was reasoned that his powers could be some form of mutation, as had been the case with some of the individuals screened after the return; Billy remained silent on the matter, his previous misplaced guilt now replaced with guilt of a different kind - he could have helped prevent all of this, and he didn’t, out of fear of being shunned by society for being different.
Though Billy insisted that he wanted to try and resume a normal life, he knew it was inevitable that he would end up entwined with S.H.I.E.L.D and the Avengers. It was just a matter of time.

Now re-enrolled at college, Billy moonlights as Wiccan, and having tentatively joined the Avengers, is learning to better control his power while beginning to understand the lasting impact Thanos had on the world.

Superpowers & Equipment

Powers:
Mystical Reality-Warping: Billy's main power is the superhuman ability to manipulate and warp reality at will. To activate his power Billy must focus on a desire or idea and vocalize, repeating quickly what he wants in order for a spell to be cast. It has been demonstrated that without the ability to hear his own words, the spell cannot be cast, though other uses of his powers have been done seemingly effortlessly and without words. His powers thus far have manifested on a localized scale in a variety of ways though the upper limit of his powers has yet to be seen.

• Electrokinesis: Can manipulate, generate and discharge energy projections as either lightning or electricity from his hands or other parts of his body. Which gives him control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. This seems to not require the verbal components like his other "spells". Wiccan is capable of combining or performing his electrokinetic powers in unison with spells.
• Teleportation: Can teleport himself and others over undetermined distances with an untested maximum through his spells (e.g. I want to be someplace else) Thought he can teleport without a vocalized spell. Can also open portals to other worlds, places and dimensions, though he does not yet fully understand the concepts behind these and has an unexplained fear - likely from his merged self - of doing so.
• Telekinesis: Can levitate, propel and manipulate objects and matter with his mind.
• Healing: Can quickly heal others through his spells (e.g. "I want to heal this man, I want to heal this man!"). However, the effectiveness of this healing can be greatly affected by his will to do it. When healing an enemy, the healing process could be considerably diminished than when healing someone he genuinely has an empathetic desire to heal.
• Flight: Wiccan can engage in self-propelled flight.
• Photokinesis: Wiccan can project intense light and heat.
• Cryokinesis: Wiccan has the ability to control, generate, or absorb ice.
• Solid Energy Constructs: Wiccan can generate and manipulate energy to create solid constructs such as disks, orbs, bursts, shields, platforms, force fields, and other projectiles or constructions.
• Concussive Force Blasts: Can generate and manipulate energy to project blasts, beams, bolts and waves of concussive force.
• Pyrokinesis: Can generate and control fire.
• Clairvoyance: Wiccan, with brief periods of intense concentration, can gain knowledge of a subject's location. It is notably highly difficult, though not impossible for him to locate those he is unfamiliar with, or only loosely associated with.
• Conjuring: Wiccan can create clothing, decor, objects and food from seemingly nothing.

Skills

Skill Name: None to speak of. Billy’s abilities have, if anything, had an adverse effect on his want or need to pick up skills. He relies heavily, and sometimes unnecessarily on his ‘magic’ to do anything he can’t do (or can’t be bothered to do) on his own.

I know Callie...Sue could be a Beast with her powers.  If I could play her as a guy....I would be a bad guy really easily.  She is easily the most dangerous of the FF.  But it is a comic book after all so they can't do a lot of killing.
