Everyday Life with Monstergirls

I'm looking for someone who'd like to create stories with me based around the world of Monster Musume no Iru Nichijo, or Everyday Life with Monstergirls in English. If your familiar with the series great, you can skip right towards my ideas. If not, here's a quick explanation.

"The government has revealed the existence of non-human species that are intelligent just like us. Centaurs, Lamias, Harpys, Mermaids and various other types of beings. They've been keeping them hidden believing society was not yet ready for them. They've finally decided the world was ready to know the truth and created the Cultural Exchange Program, where a monstergirl would be sent to a family's home where they would learn the culture and manners of humans so we could all live together"

My Ideas:

Idea 1: My Roommate is a MonsterGirl

In this story, MC was recently transfered into a new school or college where they live in dorms. For a lack of rooms, he has no other option but to share one with another student, which is a MonsterGirl (YC).

Idea 2: Living with a MonsterGirl

This one is basically my own vision of the original Monster Musume story, but with our own decisions. MC is the human who ends up with a MonsterGirl (YC) living in the same house and has to teach her the ways humans live.

Idea 3: Sent to learn with MonsterGirls.

This one is a twist on the original idea. Instead of a MonsterGirl living with MC in the human world, MC is sent into a MonsterGirl city to live with them and learn their ways of life.

Notes:

I'm comfortable playing with anyone, male or female, and also don't care playing as either sex.

All of these ideas are just a small foundation for a story and I'd like to develop the story as we play.

I'm very open to ideas and suggestions, so if you have any ideas besides the ones I put here I'm glad to hear about it.

While the original Manga/Anime is an Eroge, I'd like to push it a bit further and add actual sex scenes in the story. But my main objective is to develop the relationship of the characters. But I don't mind If you want something with lots of Smut.

I like playing in First Person but don't mind switching to Third if thats what you prefer.

My writing lenght is normally 2 - 4 paragraphs depending on the scene.

In all of the ideas i put above I stated MC was the Human who would have a MonsterGirl (YC) living with him. But if prefered, i can switch and play the MonsterGirl instead.
