GM wanted for system superhero game set in sexual aftermath

Okay, now i have two basic ideas: 
A.  A straight laced and romantic superguy who now finds himself wanting to be a dominant harem king.  Power wise i could go a lot of ways with him which lets me fill various party gaps. 

B.  Brier Rose:  With supreme powers of plant control and generation, Brier Rose used to include among her arsenal the ability to produce pheromone laced pollen with mind control affects--useful for getting the enemy to talk, or the guards to open the gates to the Fortress of Evil.  Now she's found her pheromones are coming active at unforeseen times and have strong aphrodisiac properties.

Liking option B.. gives us the Birds of Prey vibe as a team..

Skin:  Pink, but sometimes shows a green shade from the chlorophyll her unique biology produces.

Style:  Rose favors snug but tasteful clothing in her civilian ID.  She quickly learned that by stripping and covering her body with vines--she could assume an alternate identity quickly to protect her friends and family from the enemies she made as a mutant vigilante. 
    During the recent battle, Rose sank roots into the earth across a broad area to clear contamination from a barrel that fell out of the airship during the battle.  It has had a long term effect on both her attitude and her powers.  Rose frequently finds flowers blooming in her hair at random moments, subjecting her and everyone in the area to aphrodisiac. She's also gone from a modest Catholic girl saving her virginity for Mr. Right to hot blooded and curious at the best of times.  She wears far more alluring clothing now, and has adjusted her costume a little to fit her attitude...

So my brain somehow pinballed from wanting to make a magic-user who happens to affect a lot of cowboy mannerisms, to a normal guy^TM who’s just really good with weapons (and maybe one or two low-ish tier, passive powers), to someone that uses a summoned revolver and supernatural powers to fight, to a gargoyle/golem, and now for some reason I wanna make some kinda He-Man knockoff while still wanting to make all the others. Brain.

Style: She favors shirts and pants in her civilian id, trying to at least keep up the style of her old male preference for clothing. Once she starts casting magic, the outfit tends to change to more risqué styles. She favors heels to regain a little of her height. She likes to use props like a top hat and wand to distract her foes from her magics true source.

Background: During  the recent battle she lost her gear and was nearly helpless, an ally offered her a way to help. He neglected to mention that it was change her from a guy to a girl, or that it would involve magic powered by sexual energies. She, reluctantly, worked with her ally to generate the energy and set about turning the tide of battle. In the process revealing her change from Hero to Heroine. She'd like to go back but it's harder and harder to not use her new magical gives over the old utility belt and bow. The more magic she uses, the more.. 'minimal' her costume gets.

I was just thinking of having him be a rootin tootin shootin bulletproof yeehaw man.
but actually that’s a really good idea. Something like a quick incantation to switch between being his nonpowered self and his alter ego, perhaps.

Definitely thinking Artificer/Ritualist for the 'fix the party needs part' like you suggested TGCommando.. plus I like the tantric idea a lot

Tfw it’s way too easy to design a lasso/instant bondage power in this game. Affliction with the extra effect and cumulative add ons, alternate resistance (dodge), ranged, limited degree, instant recovery, and sustained.

Mind Control is an affliction, but so is any sort of power (Tantric Kiss?) turning someone into a reactive submissive or incapacitating them with pleasure.  The third degree of Affliction results includes "Transformed" which covers a wide variety of ground.  And "Incapacitated" can mean writhing and gushing as well as stunned by a phaser.  :)

I'm narrowing it down on my side.  Someone who formerly had an alternate form, changing from normal to muscular or furry or sexy demon and back, but after having so much sex in the alternate form is stuck that way.  The normal form was just a crutch, but now she's fully embraced her change.

A) Big buff busty Amazon with super strength.

B) Super speed catgirl, fully or partially furry.

C) Demon-aspected fighter with flame powers and some strength. 


Or a power armor type, a bit inspired by the morphing nanotech armor Iron Man used in Infinity War.  Stored in a module on the chest, it uses gravitic technology to fly, put up force fields and blast/crush things.  Since it's a force field, the armor doesn't need to cover her whole body... and since the incident, she's been setting it to cover less and less!  Also inspired some by the Engineer from the Authority, who had a skin-tight nanotech coating armor that was just barely decent.

I'm liking the idea of the Amazon or Catgirl, and the armor idea is kinda neat too.

I like the idea of a 'sexy time' Tantric kiss and the writhing on the ground trick.. "I know you're happy to see me...."

Just not sure how to stat them out..
