Co-GM wanted for reboot of Avengers Grimm

I kind of want to pull this idea out of retirement again but I'm not sure how to best make it appeal to a wider audience so I want a co-GM established before I try it again and who can help me figure out the best way to change things up so it doesn't fail to impress any of the returning players or newcomers.

My idea was to instead of proceed with the threat of Rumplestiltskin being a brand-new blight on the world that has never had to stand together against such a thing before, we have a previous threat having called together a council of reluctant heroes who united to drive back the villains and who vowed to come to the aid of one another should the need ever again arise. That leaves room for previous relations to be established to prevent awkwardness but also for those who want their new characters to be a 'clean slate' and have no such restrictions on their backstory.
