Ghost in the Shell stand alone complex

I have just watched a bunch of Ghost in the shell episodes and am currently craving to roleplay that. If anyone is interested, I know a little and what I don't know I can find on the internet. So is anyone interested? I will talk more about plot ideas when I have someone to roleplay with.

Some sort of crime wave, like perhaps a cyber brain virus, like some sort of organization is making the virus to kill goverment officals to put there own people into the offices and thus gaining control of Japan. I would like to discusse this more in pms if you don't mind. As you can see it needs alot more tweaking.

No I don't mind, but you night want to read up on the "Laughing Man" from SAC.  That sounds almost like it.
