The server is now bought and paid for

Location: Chicago
Processor: Core2Duo E6600 (2.4 Ghz Dual Core)
RAM: 4GB DDR2 667 Mhz
HD: 2x 250GB WD SATA II drives in a hardware RAID 1 config
Bandwidth: 2.5 TB/Month

I will probably do the forum upgrade on the new server itself. Hopefully within the week, depending on how fast I am and how real life goes.
