From beautiful vacation to total enslavement [M for F]

My character had recently won a huge lottery jackpot. Finding himself with more money then he could every possibly know what to do with, he did what most lottery winners did and bought everything he had ever dreamed of. This was entertaining for a while but he started to realize after that even though he had your character she wasn't under his control like everything he purchased or even the staff who worked for him. This bothered him as she was important but wasn't total his. He liked/loved/lusted after her but there where things he wanted to change about her. There is a small nation though where slavery is recently legalized. So he booked a private flight, bought a home there and started to make plans to sell his stuff here. He then talked up a magical vacation to your character. She was super excited and off they went. Once they arrived though it wasn't what she expected at all.

The flight attendant had notified them that the plane had been diverted due to weather and would be able to take back off until the next day. This was all part of the plan though and he had to suppress a smile at what was to come. A hotel was booked for them and they waited for the local customs authorities to arrive. Once they did they where lead out of the aircraft and over to a building. The officers led myself and the all male crew one way while as the solitary female she went the opposite way down a hallway. About half and hour later he had cleared through customs and was waiting for her to do the same.

When he saw her she was in a steel cage with caster wheels on it. She was tied up, blindfolded and had a gag in her mouth. He was given some paperwork to sign which he promptly did. Shortly after a car arrived and the luggage was loaded in the back and he got in. She was left behind where a truck would take her to his new home. That would be three days later.

Who is your character? She could be his wife, girl friend, a regular friend whom he lusts after, fiance, a submissive he is dating, a sugar baby, an escort or a gold digger. (or other if you have a good idea)
Where is this country and why is slavery legal? It will be a small country the rest is up for discussion.
What sort of things will she be doing once collared? Everything he ever wanted her to do and especially the things she refused to do. The rest is up for discussion.
Will she fight it forever or learn to accept it? Up for discussion

Themes are to be discussed but some will be obvious like non-consensual and slavery will be obviously baked in at the hart of it.
