Seeking Seducers, Spies, Spacewomen, and More (M for F)

Time to brush the dust off and breathe some new life into my RPing. I've got a bunch of different prompts I want to explore, each detailed below. Some are just character-pairing concepts, others are more involved with some sort of non-traditional storytelling format. If one catches your eye, throw a PM my way and we can discuss it (no posts in-thread, please). If you've got a story of your own you think is compatible with my O/O (in my signature at the bottom), I'm always open for ideas.

The Blonde Stranger - Light, Adultery, Double, Modern. Optional: Comedy, BON, Other?

With apologies, inspiration from the titular Jimmy Buffett song.

A couple's marriage is on the rocks, from time or stress or distance. But divorce would be expensive, and socially disastrous; so they decide to try and rekindle their spark by taking a long vacation to a tropical paradise. She wishes he was still the man she married, but he's changed and not for the better - before long, her eye is wandering and hooks into a sunny-haired young stud. The affair needs to be hidden under her husband's nose; but unbeknownst to her, he has secrets of his own involving a beautiful blonde babe...

This would be a doubles RP where each of us creates two characters - one member of the troubled couple, and a hot blonde who ends up seducing their respective spouse - one seducer and one seducee apiece. Effectively two stories entwined together, with each of the pair trying to hide their own affair from the other. It might crash and burn, but it should be a fun ride. Along the way, one or both of them could discover a taste for things their bland, vanilla marriage had never offered as well.

She's a straight-A student, popular with her college professors and her friends. Beautiful and sought-after by everyone from the band geeks to the football quarterback, and rumored to have a bit of a wild side. She does, but it's even wilder than anyone suspects, because when the call comes and the world needs saving, she slips on her catsuit and jumps into action as an operative of H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. Living her double life is difficult, but she manages, until her secret-agent career follows her home in the form of a stunningly desirable transfer student who is also more than he appears...

I want this to be a slightly goofy RP, one that glorifies in all the cheesy tropes of spy stories while still taking itself somewhat seriously (even if we don't take it seriously). Improbable spy gadgets, megalomaniacal mad scientists, island volcano fortresses, and finding a flattering dress (and a date) for the Spring Fling Formal - all in a day's work for our intrepid heroine. But meeting the man of her dreams, only to discover he's a minion of her enemies, might be more than she can handle.

Alien Horizons - Light, Survival, World-Building, Sci-Fi. Optional: BON, Exotic, Other?

In the Near Future, mankind has spread off Earth. We have tourist resorts on the Moon, cities on Mars, and mining colonies on the moons of Jupiter. But now it's time to spread beyond the Solar System, with an experimental engine and a brave crew of astronauts to test it. But something goes wrong in the test - the device malfunctions, flinging the ship and its contents into the great black unknown. Two of them survive - one man, one woman, but they're stranded on a strange alien world, with no idea where they are and no visible way to get home again...

This is probably the most complex of my current offerings. I'm hoping to find someone who's up for building a world bit by bit, one new alien plant or beastie at a time as discovered through the explorations of our co-protagonists. The slowly developing relationship between our two PCs in the midst of their struggle to survive would be the central story, but cooperatively developing the world they're trapped in is almost as important. The prompt given is just an example, with plenty of room for flexibility - Just to give one potential modification, we could have two soldiers/pilots from rival star empires forced into cooperation instead of pioneering explorers.

The Monster Hunter's Apprentice - Light, Fantasy. Optional: BON, Exotic, Other?

Medieval fantasy worlds are frequently full of magic, and always full of monsters. But when people need saving and there isn't a convenient group of four nomadic heroes drinking in the local tavern, it's time to call in a specialist. A professional monster hunter, armed only with his wits and weapons. He's independent, and likes it that way; but everything goes upside down when he rescues the daughter of a very rich noble, only to find her dogging his footsteps after he leaves, determined to forge her own path in life rather than submit to a docile political marriage.

He's a grizzled loner who kills dangerous creatures for gold. She's a feisty noblewoman abandoning her heritage for adventure. They Fight CrimeMonsters!

This is one of my oldest prompts - possible the first one I ever put up on Elliquiy, and there's a lot of room for flexibility. It could lean more Witcher-like dark fantasy, or take on a more light-hearted angle with high-fantasy and 'adventurers' existing in the background doing Great Heroics and ignoring the day-to-day problems devoid of loot or fame. Changing the "apprentice's" background is also up for grabs, if ex-nobility doesn't suit for some reason.

On Dragon's Wings - Light, Alt-Historical, Fantasy, Temeraire. Optional: Other?

Two years after the defeat of Napoleon, the British Empire is grasping to keep hold of its worldly power amidst the post-war upheaval. Tensions are beginning to build between Britain and its former possessions in North America, with voices in Parliament muttering that the now vastly oversized Aerial Corps could be used to good effect bringing the colonial rabble back to heel. Amidst the slowly simmering problems of lords and presidents, a young Englishwoman takes ship for the New World in hopes of a new life, drawn by a desire for freedoms once thought impossible before the war began and second-hand stories of the joy found flying in the skies. Meanwhile, a half-Native American man and his draconic friend struggle to weave the delicate path between tribe and nation, wealth and freedom - then a chance encounter adds the clash of loyalty and love to their brewing stew.

This is a story set in Naomi Novik's Temeraire alt-historical fantasy setting, after the conclusion of the canon novels. I imagine it as a very slow-burn sort of romance, adhering to the traditional attitudes of 19th century life and society, intermingled with the social stresses and tensions of a potentially brewing war. And dragons, of course. Ideally, this would be a sort of doubles story as well, as we play both our respective human characters and the dragon partner/companion of the other person's human. No dragon romance involved in any case, but they might certainly have opinions. An ideal writing partner would also have read the books, and be somewhat familiar with the setting.
