Well I accidentally made four because I couldn't reconcile art I wanted with characters I had already planned and so now there's a gaggle of bastards I'll be putting up for approval.  :-X

I don't necessarily plan on playing all four at once, but I wanted people to have options for who they brought into the group and/or the ability to run a dungeon by myself if need be? Nah, let's be honest, I just love making characters. I should have them posted in the next few hours, depending on how much oversight I have at work...
No worries, that's totally fine.

Once they are posted I'll check them as I soon as I can so you can join.

Hello! Would you guys be down for an adventurer that's an oathbreaker paladin?

Laughing Hyena

Not sure how many would want to play with a potentially evil aligned paladin. Also you all start at level one, an oathbreaker paladin to me is difficult to justify at level 1 as a PC. Honestly an oathbreaker paladin sounds more like an overlord than an adventurer.

Secondly Oathbreakers must be level 3. PCs start at level one. However nothing stops a PC from becoming a villainous overlord, and an overlord can also turn into a PC as well. Im not a head DM though so that call is ultimately Kathyan's or Brittlby's. But I'd suggest a different PC for the start and have the Oathbreaker Paladin as an Overlord.

As Hyena pointed out adventurers start at level 1 and to be an oath breaker you need to be level 3. It is possible that you start with a character that outright starts with the idea of becoming an oath breaker, one with a bitter past I'd say, or you could start with a standard paladin without any oath that over the outcome of the first adventures decides to become an oath breaker by the time level 3 is attained. Or perhaps you have another idea, it depends on what you want to play.

Making a oath breaker overlord is a possibility too but I wouldn't say no to an adventurer one.

Starting out as a standard paladin with no oath sounds good. My thought process wasn't to play an evil oathbreaker, but rather a Chaotic Neutral one. Like they've abandoned their oath because after some experiences, they've come to consider their Lawful Good god to be a fraud because their opinion is that you can't call yourself good by slaying "evil" creatures because beings like vampires and succubi have no real say in their nature.

Kathyan

Sounds good to me, now would you start with a lawful good paladin that later turns chaotic neutral? or with a paladin who just follows a lawful good deity?
Anyway go ahead with your idea.

I'd say the paladin starts out lawful good but the event that made them question their faith has already happened. So at level 1 they are still following their god while having serious doubts and by level 3 they throw it all out the window and become chaotic neutral.

If it's of any importance, the deity is Bahumut.

Oathbreaker, reading over it seems incredibly thematic for an evil character. More so than a Death Domain for a character as theres canon deities that are true neutral in that domain. Still it is not up to me, but the High DMs to approve you. Draft the character and see what happens. ^_^
