Random suggestion - Shoutbox archive

Terribly minor thing here, but how hard would it be to set the default page for the 'View All' link to the last available instead of page 1?  I'd say most of the time, someone going to the archive wants something recent.

Yikes...that archive will likely be large enough to form its own Congressional district.   :)
