Craving a little Bondage (M for F, BON/NC/EX)

Seems like lately I've run a little low on RPs, so here are some ideas I've been wanting to try but for one reason or another they haven't come together.

All the plots will heavily feature bondage, D/s play, and non-con or dub-con. They can also feature more extreme elements, adjusted to taste.

The Manor:

YC is young, 16-19, and she still lives at home with her parents. She's a spoiled, bratty teen who desperately needs to be straightened out, so her parents send her away to MC, a wealthy man who lives in a mansion in the middle of nowhere, who has a reputation for straightening out wayward girls. They think he's just going to make her do chores, and maybe apply some firmer discipline than they did, but the moment their car is out of sight, MC reveals that things are going to be a lot worse. She's his prisoner, and he's going to break her down until she learns to be more obedient and respectful.

The Asylum:

YC is completely sane, with no mental health concerns to speak of. And yet she's managed to get some pretty damning information on a very powerful group. Their only option? Discredit her as a source. They get her involuntarily committed to a mental hospital, under the care of one of their doctors. He convinces the rest of the staff that she's dangerous, and must be kept isolated, under his exclusive, dedicated care. And of course, since no one will believe a word she says, he can do whatever he wants to her. (Naturally I'm looking for a lot of medical kink in this one. Straitjackets, medical restraints, dental gags, the works. I'm picturing a modern setting here but I could be convinced to do a steampunk or Victorian setting.)

Permanently Bound:

This one is definitely a lot lighter than the others. Through means that we can discuss, either through magic or sci fi technology, YC has gotten herself bound and gagged in unbreakable restraints. Her hands are locked behind her back, and she's gagged with a

plug gag

or similar device, so she's incapable of speaking, though with the plug removed they can at least insert food (or other things). Worse, clothing is no longer an option for her. The restraints somehow destroy all clothing on contact, or at least make it intolerable for her to wear. This plot can lend itself to a lot of settings, so I'm very open to discussion. The restraints can be alien technology, ancient magic released in a modern setting, a curse placed on a princess in a high fantasy setting, or any number of other things. MC will be the man charged with taking care of YC, and trying to get her restraints removed. This one can be non-con, dub-con, or even a consensual (if strange) romance. The exact appearance/level of restriction of the restraints, as well as most other aspects of this plot, are up for discussion, so let's discuss.
