I really wanna play some Pathfinder

Sometimes I get a craving to make a new character based on a concept. So I make them, I stat them out in Pathfinder, and then there's no games to throw them into, or the games that are being recruited for don't seem like good fits for the characters. Normally I'm on the DM side but this time, I wanna grab one of my three characters and throw them into a game!

Might as well give a brief overview of the characters:

Tinalia von Grazen: A young woman born to a merchant family that's down on their luck, she holds incredible magical power and is a Sorcerer who doesn't know she's a sorcerer. Best for starting at 1st level (cause how do you take more Sorcerer levels if you don't even know you ARE one?)

Aino: A strange monk from an isolated part of the world where primitive tribes still exist, a brutal bare knuckled fighter who abides by a strict code of ethics, even if half the time it's impossible to tell what she's saying. (works for any campaign but is kind of silly-she uses the Scaled Fist Archetype which makes her use Charisma for Monk abilities instead of Wisdom)

Abigail Foster: Another sorcerer (I like Pathfinder Sorcerers, bite me) whose powers manifested at a very bad time resulting in at least one act of vandalism and possibly more. Thrown into jail without a proper trial and subjected to weeks of horrific treatment, the last thing she remembers is waking up outside the prison covered in blood. She's my first and only chaotic neutral character, built with the express purpose of eventually shifting to either evil or good, depending on how things play out,
with the party having an influence on her. (Sorcerer/Barbarian mix, works better for campaigns that start at a higher level, maybe a slightly darker campaign?)

I wanna play too. I could totally go with the victim of unfortunate circumstances type of character!

Got a particular AP you want to toss them into?

And anything special you're looking for with them?

Also! Don't knock the scaled fist! dragon theme monks rock. :D

I wouldn't want to step on Angie's toes.  For a higher level game 10-12, I'd love to do a Cleric.

But the the Catastrophe type of character at low(er) levels, I once wrote up an elven thief who robbed somebody, but fell out of the window, which startled a horse, who took off with a wagon.  The wagon's wheel broke, so the horse got loose.  It ran over one of the guards, who called more guards.  The horse ran from the guards, causing one of them to trip, stumbling into another who was holding a torch.  The torch caught something on fire.  That caught a building on fire.  The burning building caught the next building on fire, which was a barn.  The cattle got loose, causing a stampede.  The stampede ran through town, including the tavern.  The mayor got knocked over, dropping his pecan pie on the floor.  The pecan pie was trampled.

It was the mayor's house being robbed.  But I was really only stealing the wine.  It was really, really good wine.

My character got arrested.  His career is a lot like this.  It starts with something small and turns into an absolute catastrophe.

As far as adventure path goes I'd like to shy away from the horror ones, there's just something about Pathfinder Horror that just doesn't gel with me. Also when I said the Sorc/Barb works better at higher starts I meant up to level 5 but she could be configured to go for higher.

I don't want to make other players have to conform to whoever I play, either, I want people to come in and do their own thing while I do mine-mostly because I feel like the two Sorcerers could easily do some spotlight stealing or even make the campaign all about them and that's not what I'm shooting for, I just have characters I really wanna play.

Alrighty. no horror. :D

Hmm.
Ironfang Invasion When the PCs witness their hometown of Phaendar destroyed in the first steps of an all-out war of conquest, they begin a quest that leads them from desperate survival to heroes of legend as they push back against the monstrous Ironfang Legion. This ruthless army—helmed by the hobgoblin General Azaersi and empowered by an ancient artifact known as the Onyx Key—intends to claim both Nirmathas and Molthune while the isolated nations bicker with one another. The heroes’ quest will take them deep into the fey-haunted Fangwood Forest, to the craggy bluffs of western Nirmathas, and delve deep into the earth to explore the Darklands. Can a small band of refugees grow into champions and push back against Azaersi’s horde, or will the Ironfang Invasion give way to an Ironfang nation?

Ruins of Azlant Thousands of years ago, a barrage of meteors called forth from the vastness of space by humanity’s greatest enemies rained down on Golarion, cutting short the remarkable human empire of Azlant while plunging the world into an era of darkness. Since then, the shattered continent of Azlant has lured intrepid explorers to its broken shores, but few have the mettle to survive in the remains of this dangerous and mysterious land. Now, a hopeful expedition has established a colony on one of the nearest islands across the sea, but danger has struck the fledgling settlement. An ancient enemy was accidently released from its prison and has resumed its millennium-old machinations to punish the hubris of humanity once again. Can the adventurers survive in a faraway land and track down this enigmatic being before its sinister plans can come to fruition?

I don't think the second counts as horror. Could be wrong though.

Angie

Ruins of Azlant basically sounds like the new world scenario a DM was running us through in a 5e game I was a part of. Which wasn't horror, it was a settlement trying to gain a foothold while the Slave King rose from his grave to take the land.

I could probably throw any of them into either one, or any other if people have other ideas.

I've always wanted to run a Paladin of Calistra, and I've got an... acceptable build ready, but more customization would be welcome since they added neutral paladins as a thing, but didn't add a neutral paladin archetype. :P

Slowly working my way through the Ruins of Azlant book. It's not horror per say but it's got a fair amount of abberations and such. And yes, colony building so any characters would need to be somewhat self sufficient. None of the NPC's on the boat look like the grand high archemage that can make high level magic items. :D

That said it does look pretty nice.

I'm not finding an online pdf of the players guide but it is free to download. If it sounds like something you'd Like Angie then Yay! If not I can dig up another AP. :)

That said given this is Elliquiy how much erotica do you want in it?

None) typical pathfinder run
little) Some stuff might happen between pcs and npcs
some) You can probably offer merchants blowjobs for discounts.
fair bit) Humanoids probably gonna knock you out and use you instead of flat out killing you.
Lots) Almost Everything's gonna try using you instead of killing you. At least at first.

Well, I think if you feel ready to roll-or to recruit-we should maybe move this to the GMs seeking players board?

Gimme another day or two to finish up the first book And I can toss up a GM seeking post.

But it was you seeking a game! So the choices are yours! :D

Does the Ruins sound good to you? Islands, mystery, exploration, colony support/building.

Und the amount of erotic things is up to you as well.

I am a very odd person so shall leave that sort of thing to others. :D

Angie

I'm fine with all levels of erotica up to fair bit. As for the adventure sign me the fuck up!
