Kidnapped uni student turned Russian mob tgirl

This is something thats been on my mind, processing, cooking, so to speak, until i was sure it was complete. So here goes.

I would be a uni student, holidaying somewhere in Russia or one of the other baltic states, or a country in europe, its not quite set. I would meet a young Russian prostitute who had been trafficked, and help her, despite her warnings. The mobs enforcers find out, but not in time to catch her. Tracking me down, they force my male character to take her place, as punishment, putting  me through surgeries, facial plastic surgery, hypnosis to ensure that i can only talk in Russian or broken english, then keep me there for several years before moving me to my former country. Think Chloe grace moretz in the equalizer, thats what I would become for them.

Your character could be someone in the mob who keeps me with them, putting me out there to earn as well, or someone who wants to help me, it could go either way.
