The Sin War

I am going to borrow a bit of lore from both the Diablo franchise and a bit from the movie Constantine and the movie/TV series Dominion.  There are Angels and there are Demons, two different races with two different drives.  The myth behind Angels in religion had been placed there by angels spreading some of their myths, truths yet not the whole truth, to humanity, not speaking about everything and thus letting mortals fill in the gaps with their own imagination.

What mortal have named Heaven is but a dimension tied to the prime material plane, and the same with Hell.  Earth and the prime plane is the buffer zone, the battlefield between Heaven and Hell.  It it difficult for demons to cross over, not so much for Angels which perhaps is the reason why Earth has survived as long as it has.  Still it has not stopped them, and some of the most brutal and major conflicts known to mortals can be tied back to one of the Princes of Hell crossing over and waging their war to conquer and devour all.

What I am looking for this story is for someone to play the female Angel, venturing forward to Earth and looking to make a name for herself.  Events upon the world have made the hierarchy of the Host wary, and thus increasing their numbers upon the prime plane.  My character is the fallen angel Decus, disillusioned with the conflict, the fight and thus walked away from the Host, and now uses and influence mortal for his own indulgence and gain.  It does not mean he tolerates demonkind, but he is not exactly an ally of Heaven, and in the end Decus interests come first, not humanity's (think Lucifer from the TV series on Fox).

Thus begins the hunt and the seduction between YC and MC, and during this chase, this hunt, this corrupting to Decus view point, the presence of one of the Princes of Hell, Bhael, is discovered, and all is put aside and working with one another, YC to the core of her being and protecting humanity, and Decus protecting all he has worked so hard to build.

As far as setting I do want this to be an original world, perhaps some sharing with other fantasy lore out there such as Diablo, so as not to step on any toes of people's religious convictions and beliefs.  Now after this I am open for it to be high fantasy such as Daiblo, steam punk, or modern day such as it is with Lucifer, just with some fantasy elements, or Shadowrun type near future setting.
