They say that books can transport you to another world and another time, but what happens when a book brings a spirit from another time to you?

Books are portals to other worlds, windows into times that have already passed. But what if one book was a two way street, a window that transcends time to allow the spirit of an ancient Egyptian Pharoah/Priestess to come to the modern world.

A normal day, rainy but boring, lures YC into sifting through an old library within her town. The books here are...interesting, though most refuse to catch her eye. One, however, a book about the exploits of ancient Egypt, does catch her eye...almost supernaturally so. She is drawn to it, taking it down from the shelf. Rather than open it in the library, however, she decides to check out the book and take it home. Later that night, she opens the book, and is immediately surprised to find the spirit of a pharoah before her, sitting upon the pages of the book with a casual look in her eyes, "My my...thousands of years in that tome, and finally someone manages to find and open it...isn't this a treat." She says to YC, a sly smile on her lips as she looks at her almost...hungrily.
