According to some past business ledgers, the Essex family had done ‘transactions’ more than once with Count and Countess it would seem. News to Claudine. Though personal advisors urged her to attend. If for nothing else than to pay proper respect on behalf of her departed parents. Perhaps even awaken new business contracts and propositions. Not to mention deep down she misses the social scene.   

Short Bio:
Claudine Vanga Essex used to be quite the socialite. Sophisticated, intelligent, charming, sweet, and quite the wild child. Until her parents passed away a few years ago. Being unwed and the only heir to the Essex fortunes and business, nearly everything was dumped solely on her. Appraising, acquiring, and even running antiques. From social scene to a recluse. Even now she is quieter and reserved, constantly suspicious while hunting for the next big score. There was a business to run and a family fortune as well as the family name to protect. Claudine had and still maintains quite the privileged life still. Wants and needs for practically nothing. Surrounded by priceless antiques of all kinds, big and small. Schooled by her late father, she too has the voracious eye for antiques. Only makes sense she easily took to being a 'collector' as well even before and after her parent's untimely demise. Though there is the rumor it is not always ‘respectable’ the ways she acquires some of her 'treasures'. Especially when it comes to priceless to rare and antique gemstones and jewelry. A gal can never have enough sparkling shinies now can she?

Reason For Invite: As one of the newest lords to arrive at the castle he was invited to mingle with the other inhabitants of the castle.
Short Bio: Lord Becket is the youngest of five siblings, as the third son and the youngest most of his families fortunes have been squandered on his older siblings with him being sent off to live in the country estate for most of his adult-life. With the death of both his elder brothers Lord Becket has returned to the city and castle as the new head of the estate. Of course while some might have been expecting the Lords time in the country-side to leave him tempered and wise they are instead met with a man who despite his age has a penchant for perversion, alcohol, and general debauchery.

Reason For Invite: Chester William is an eccentric, he has never married nor has he courted anyone, but he is known for his parties full of debauchery and wicked happenings. Simply put, he was invited to spice up the party.
Short Bio: Chester William, originally born in Finland, emigrated when he was but a young lad. He had hardly any money in his pocket, and even less knowledge of English. Now, after years of hard work, at the age of forty-two, he is a very rich man. He runs several brothels throughout the country, and in his spare time he makes and repairs watches of extremely high value. No one quite knows how the man got to be so powerful, for Chester is as mysterious as they come. When asked about his past, he freely gives the listener information on his homeland but not his personal experience. Rumors have circulated in the past of him possibly being some otherworldly creature, a Vampire perhaps, because of his mystery and grace; others say he is nothing but a scoundrel who cheated and stole his way to the top. But none can agree on any single theory being the definitive answer.
