A Character Amalgamation that has been rather stockpiled into my Brain

Hello, over the past few months I have had many character ideas that have faded into the background, So I am going to stockpile them here not only to allow myself to grab them whenever I like, but for other people to see whether or not they want one or two of these characters in their plot lines. Also, anime only images ahead, so sorry to those who run groups using Real face claims, just not into it.

The Pack Leader

Lycan Claws are incredibly sharp, and are almost as strong as steel.
Abilities:
Incremental Transformation
Unlike most Lycans, Jora has the ability to slowly transform instead of have one full transformation. He reaches a total of three stages. At the First stage his arms up to his elbows get covered in white fur, and his hands become large with massive sharp claws. His strength is amplified and his reflexes and speed increase as well. In Phase 2, more fur begins to cover his body and crawl onto his skin further increasing his speed and power, and in the final phase he assumes his full form of a giant white wolf with monstrous speed and strength.
Regeneration
Being a Lycan Jora is able to regenerate quickly from small wounds, and larger injuries take less than half as long for a human to recover from, and dismemberment can be fixed if he can retrieve his limbs.
Basic Adaptable Background:
A Pack leader of a mostly all male Pack with no alpha female currently. Comes from a. long line of Werewolf Purebloods form the original benefactor of the Primal Werewolf. This pureblood not only makes him quite strong, but has a unique transformation cycle in comparison to other werewolves.

The Black Winged Death

A trident made by a coral bed, it contains toxic urchins at the tips, and the coral is razor sharp. Magic keeps it held together otherwise it is quite fragile once the spell is broken.

Taking basic ingredients from the sea bed, he can cast powerful spells, enchantments and hexes all at the cost of his choosing.
Basic Adaptable Background:
A race born within the depths with knowledge of forbidden sorcery.
