I know we have some kind of formatting that lets you type something out and when people hover over it, it gives them a preview of text. Like you type out a sentence in German, but when someone else hovers over it, it shows them the English. I've never used it, but I've seen it (not in some time though).

Anyone know what coding/formatting I'm talking about?
