As thus, he generally appears as a youthful man between the age of eighteen and twenty by human years. He stands at an average height of five feet and eleven inches with a leaner build. His complexion is fairly pale, his eyes hold a golden yellow hue to them that often brighten to crimson depending on his mood; which can often leave to others mistaking him for someone more vampiric than his natural Majin origins. His hair is a ghostly white, shaggy and of a medium length that descends in waves down his neck. His attire often speaks Victorian, always garbed in darker suits, sometimes found with his cloak and the majority of the times with his dark fedora as well. What can he say, he likes to keep ‘up with the times in fashion,’ but his fashion sense may be outdated in this New World compared to Wonderland and the much more ancient attire his old man wears.

History: 

• Grew up in Wonderland and spent the majority of his lifespan there; which can go for saying for his rather insane persona.
• With the legends of Alice and possibility of another world through his world, he made it obsession to find his own path through the Looking Glass.
• The final discovery of this pathway ended up netting him through the library of Monster High, transitioning through the fable story and into some unexpected student’s bedroom.
• With what powers he had at his disposal, he took on a younger image to mimic that of a student and went on with deceiving the faculty that he was a new transfer student. Why else would he be there?
• Now he spends his days ‘blending in’ with the rest of the school, adding his spice to what is already abnormally going on at Monster High.

Monster Abilites and Skills:
Longevity/Nigh Immortal: Mad’der is older than most-if not all,- students and likely some faculty, as a Majin his aging is decelerated and coupled with some of his other abilities, quite meaningless.
Shapeshifting: Mad’der can possess many forms, take on various shapes be they living or objects. Still, he rarely does this, this power normally is put to use to alter his age(see above.) Given his appearance within the school, he had to make himself appeal as normal as possible, why not that of a typical teenager?
Reality Distortion: What is real, what isn’t? His influence in this world is not as powerful as it is back in Wonderland, but he can still distort reality to some extent on a medium scale. Think of cartoon physics, creating objects out of thin air, running on vertical walls, falling slowly down, etc, etc. Also most weapons and objects created that may serve for lethal intent are non-lethal. Unfortunately in this world he cannot create new laws of physics for others or impose laws upon people.
Supernatural Endurance/Recovery: As a Majin, his body is more than capable of handling a beating. Hit by a bus, thrown off a ten story building, even a wrecking ball may do little beyond pancaking him for awhile, before he may recover.

Monster Weaknesses
Strength: He is not that physically strong, even humans could overpower him if they were in shape or higher physique.
Uncombative: He is not a skilled fighter, he will use what is at his disposal, but more often than not he can just as easily be bested with someone that may have experience.

Besides, this character is more of a fuck with people than fight people.

Logic/Reason: Mad’der’s existence defies such, though on the contrary when approached with a reasonable amount, his powers can wane. This is a reflection towards his reality distortion and the new world he is in. Hypothetically, this world is not as much of a jumble mess as Wonderland, hence his full lack of present power. The School could even be said to be a good source of what power he still holds onto, thrown deeper into the real world without the abnormal or obscene than he may fall down to what some can consider perfectly normal.. Well, normal beyond what crazy isn’t there; like they say, a fruitcake is still a cake, without the fruit there.

Name: Madeline 'Maddie' Adder
Monster: Gorgon

Appearance: Maddie is 4'7" tall and weighs little more than a hundred pounds with ankle weights.  Her skin is pale, smooth and almost translucent on the front half of her body, but melds into emerald green, iridescent scales from the nape of her neck to her heels.  Instead of hair, a multitude of slender green snakes grow from the top of her head and drape to the middle of her back, moving and swaying on their own.  Her large eyes are a vibrant lemon-lime with slit pupils and a secondary, transparent set of eyelids that close from the sides, rather than the top and bottom.  She has a set of small, retractable fangs instead of canine teeth, their construction quite similar to that of a viper.  She tends to dress in simple, casual clothing with no nod toward trendy fashion.  She personally describes her style as Vintage Librarian, and she never takes her glasses off around other people, unless she wants to turn someone to stone briefly, because they've been enchanted to prevent it.

Monster Abilites and Skills:

Collapsible Bones:  Like a snake, Maddie's skeletal structure is designed to collapse in on its self, allowing her to squeeze easily into very tight spaces and bend into any shape she desires.

Comes Unhinged:  Maddie's jaw can unhinge to allow her mouth to open twice as wide as normal, which is doubly useful with her next power/ability.

Regurgitate:  She does not have an involuntary gag reflex, and can literally swallow anything she can fit into her mouth.  She has full control over her esophageal muscles and can regurgitate anything she has swallowed.

As Stone:  Without her glasses, meeting Maddie's gaze directly will turn almost anyone to stone for a brief period of time.  There are some monsters that are immune, however, including other Gorgons.

Cold-blooded Communicator:  Maddie can communicate with all members of class Reptilia.

Appearance: Piper is 6'1" with a toned body.  Their skin is a dusky olive that contrasts beautifully with their stark white hair and aquamarine eyes.  They typically dress in a pleasing mixture of feminine and masculine attire, blending the styles as they see fit, or as suits their mood that day. 

Personality: Athletic, outgoing, hedonistic, wild, sometimes bitchy, selfish, domineering


Monster Abilites and Skills:

Entrance:  When they choose, Piper can infuse their gorgeous singing voice with the power to entrance their listeners, putting them into a suggestible state that either draws them in, keeps them compliant or does any number of other effects, depending on the lyrics Piper uses.  These effects are temporary, only lasting as long as Piper sings, and as long as nothing more urgent or threatening distracts those listening.

Manipulate:  Piper can affect their listener's emotional and even physical state with their voice.  They can cause arousal, sorrow, joy, drowsiness...most physical and emotional states dictated by neurochemicals and electrical impulses in the brain.  They can do this either by singing or speaking, the reaction invoked based upon their words and the masterful manipulation of the hertz at which they vocalize.

Virtuoso:  Piper can sing at any octave, including those beyond the range of human, or monster, hearing.  She can also perfectly sing any song after only hearing it once, or reading the music once.

Lyrical Empath:  Listening to someone else sing allows Piper a unique and intimate perspective on their emotional and mental state, allowing them to feel the emotions of the singer themselves, even if that person is trying to mask them.

And given how character sheet has change several times as I had to go back and alter mine with additional slots(since history was removed, then other stuff added.) It is fair to say I have been working on mine quite awhile now that holds up to the lore of background for my character.

Appearance: Standing 4'9" tall and 90 pounds, Lustlie is a textbook bookworm geek. Despite his age, Lustlie looks like a pre-puberty boy. His blond hair is frequently disheveled, and he's often carrying a small stack of books. His eyes are the blue of deep pools, and many girls have gotten lost staring into them. His wings, horns, and tail are all deep nearly-black purple, and the wings and tail are good gauges of his mood.

He can't seem to stop wearing shamelessly exposing clothing (just a bad bounce away from a "wardrobe malfunction"), though, which always shows off his lack of a pubic patch, and often gets very, VERY close to showing his nipples.

Lustlie, like most Cubi, knows a great deal about sex. In his case, though, instead of reveling in it, Lustlie is tired of it and wants something more from life. He's reluctant to discuss it, won't ever offer it, and is typically nervous of people who are actively seeking it. Especially from him.


Monster Abilites and Skills:

• Aura of Lust: All Cubi have the ability to direct lust, either in broad areas or aimed at specific targets. Most of them master control of this at a young age, but Lustlie never managed it. As a result, he is constantly radiating lust to people near him (within 20 feet). When is is in a good mood, this is fairly minor, but when he's nervous, flustered, or otherwise stressed, the aura spikes up dramatically. As a result, he is often asked to take tests separately from his class.
• Erotic Energy Drain: When near people who are achieving orgasm, Lustlie (like all Cubi) draws some life force from them. While this is dangerous around humans, it's only a minor issue around monsters. The drain is noticeably more powerful when he's in physical contact with the person orgasming. These drains also function as an accelerated healing system - while Lustlie is slim and slight, he can take great amounts of damage and be back to good as new in minutes, if he's got a partner "feeding" him.
• Flights of Fancy: Lustlie's wings are more than just for show. He can fly himself and up to around 120 pounds of "cargo" (materials or person), and often takes to the skies to get away from some of his classmates, particularly the more persistent types.
• Passionate Reader: Lustlie has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of fiction books of almost all varieties.

Ons and Offs: Ons: Despite his desire to stay away from sex, there are very few kinds of sex that he cannot and does not enjoy. He's very submissive, and will follow instructions from a suitably dominant partner.

Offs: He has a notable distaste for acts involving former food or former people, and will adamantly refuse to engage in those (short of a command from the Succubus Queen).

Just an outsiders opinion but I don't really see how it matters. I mean they're not the same names, they just sound slightly similar. They're not even a pun of the same thing as one is referring to a type of snake and the other's an alice in wonderland reference. Instead of approaching it with a mentality that only one person is allowed to have it, to the detriment of the other person, why not instead play with the idea that they have similar nick names and have it be part of the story and character interaction? That would seem like a more inclusive and creative approach than saying someone has to drop their idea entirely.

I went and checked the wiki, and apparently the other vampires in the series are very old: like over 1000 years old.   Unless there's an actual need to pick a number, I'd like to leave it relatively nebulous as well.


Name:  Rentaro Akashiya

Age: Appears in his early twenties (will not discuss his actual age)

Appearance:
Rentaro hovers right around 5' 8" and weight about 140 pounds.   He is almost always seen wearing the school uniform, and during formal occasions chooses to wear a Victorian era suit (usually of dark blue) complete with a matching gold headed cane.

Personality:
Rentaro is the latest member of a long line of "pure blooded" vampire.   He's been raised in such a way to hold himself and others to a higher standard: one of not simply being monsters but to be cultured, urbane, and even a bit witty.   He's usually kind, generous, thoughtful, honest, and (like the stories) often spends time alone in contemplation or meditation.   He consumes blood on a daily basis, preferring live blood to that of medical blood, but isn't one to pass on a good steak either.

Because his bloodline is different from that of  Draculaura, his powers are a bit different as well.
It is know that he possesses enhanced strength, stanima, and healing abilities.  His known shape-shifting forms include both bat and wolf.

Rentaro is drawn to the "cute" type though is only drawn to girls.   He doesn't seem to have many limitations when it comes to practicing sexual arts but steers away from more exotic forms of sexual practice...specifically because of one incident where bloodlust caused him to ... go a bit too far.

Monster: Selkie

Appearance: Ceilia's not tall, about five-foot-two, with nice curves and lightly-tanned skin. Her face is round, dotted with freckles and set with luminous brown eyes. Thick chestnut-brown hair tumbles down her back in thick waves. She dresses modestly, favoring sweaters, hoodies, and skirts.
When she dons her selkie skin, her lower half - from the navel down - becomes that of a seal, sleek and rounded, clad in soft, short fur and ending in a pair of flippers. Like this, the rest of her matches the coloring of a seal - her skin becomes lighter, her hair a silvery-white, and darker grey spots replace the frecjkes on her cheeks and shoulders.

If she pulls the hood if her selkie skin up, she becomes a full-blown seal.

Personality: Celia's a new arrival from Scareaig-on-Broom; she hasn't really had any time to meet many people yet and is just settling in. She gives the impression of shyness because of this, but warms quickly to people she meets. Something of a space cadet, she flits from hobby to hoby, conversation to conversation. One thing that's steady is her (probably obvious) love of water; swimming, surfing, diving, basket weaving, all of it.

Monster Abilities and Skills:
• Skinchanging: By putting on her selkie skin, Celia can transform into a seal, with corresponding seal powers (eating fish, sunning on the beach, being adorable). Wearing it around her waist makes her something like a seal-mermaid. In theory she could wear it the other way and have a seal's upper body and a lower human half, but that would probably look really weird.
• This is Also Called Skinchanging: Since lugging around a seal pelt around school was weird even when people thought fur was cool, Celia can disguise her sealskin as a dress, shirt, or skirt as she sees fit. No pants, for some reason.
• Strong swimmer: Unsurprisingly, Celia is a really good swimmer. Big fan of aquabatics, water polo, and surfing (when she can, anyway.)
• Secret Talent: Music: Celia can play basically any piece of music you can think of. Mozart? No problem. Lady Gaga? In her sleep. Obscure Vietnamese palace ensemble from 1194? Of course. The catch? She has to be in her seal form, and can only do this on honker horns. needless to say she doesn't express this talent often, but secretly hopes it may one day save the world or something.
• Distracting Crush: The most powerful selkie have been known to enrapture entire villages or ships, man and woman alike, making them love-smitten slaves. Celia, however, can bat her eyes, flash a smile, or the like, and distract a single person for a minute or two. Just distract. She occasionally makes people run into walls on accident. That's her story anyway.

Name: Spectra Vondergeist
Monster: Ghost

Sexualty: Bi-sexual (favoring girls)
Appearance: Due to the fact that Spectra is a ghost, her skin is ghostly pale — almost stark white — and then fades to transparent at the beginning of her hands and feet. Her face is somewhat gaunt.

Spectra's hair is violet, with rather noticeable periwinkle and pinkish purple highlights. It is usually frisky; the ends sticking up and looking as if it were floating like a ghost.

Her eyes (irises) are a bright icy blue, with the pupils being a dark blue and the scleroses (or "whites" of the eyes) are not white, but instead a pale lilac. Her lips/lipstick are/is purple. Her fashion motif is Gothic, chains, black balls, and shackles. She wears a bracelet that resembles a silver hoop on her wrist.

Personality:
Spectra is a floating mystery. She used to be shy and reclusive, whispering her phrases, hanging by herself, and comfortable with that and, in fact, benefiting of her mysterious aura to blend in and watch her stories unfold beneath her eyes, spying on the students for scoops. However, ever since the secret face of her gossip blog, the Ghostly Gossip, was revealed, she has become more outgoing and less secretive.

However, she has, a very forceful personality and she often makes quick judgments and leaps to conclusions without supporting evidence. She regularly creates stories from loosely related details that she may not have heard correctly, which she connects by means of her own imagination. Her methods of journalism run so deep in her psyche that she can’t tell her fabrications from reality. Even when they pertained to her own person, she sooner believes her own fantasies than the documented truth. It doesn’t help that she is an avid gossiper either, as her desperation for scoops lead her to take what was given, no matter what. On one hand, she owned one of the two most popular news sources at the school, but on the other, she has hurt more than a few fellow students by spreading lies about them.

When confronted with the facts, she tended to dig in her heels. She draws the line at planting a fake story though, which is completely against her morals. That isn't to say she won’t publish stories she believes are true, even if they really were lies. This makes for an excellent gossip columnist, but not a friend you would want to share secrets with.

But despite all this, she is seen as a kind monster and helps those in need of her, who can be a bit of a scatterbrain, which prevents her from seeing the damage she made, an oblivious to others feelings. However Spectra is just as sneaky as she is naive, and incredibly intelligent, making it almost impossible to know what is real about Spectra, as she is also an expert at lying, making facades and arranging stories quickly. Spectra is known to easily get the truth out of other monsters which also gives her a detective/reporter complex. Her favorite food is Angel Food Cake, because it is as light as she is.

Monster Abilites and Skills:

Floating: As a ghost, Spectra can float like any other ghost.

Non-Corporeal: Spectra can move through solid objects as if they were not there.  She can still touch and be touched when she wants to be.

Doesn’t Age: Pretty self-explanatory

Journalism: Spectra is noted to be a good journalist, usually not getting her facts straight first, but she makes good stories and interesting ones. She eavesdrops around the school through walls, but she usually does not listen to the whole story and she says she leaves it to her artistic side to "fill in the blanks.

Ons and Offs: On’s: Voyuerism, Roleplaying,  loud sex, touching (behind the knee, along her spine), anal.  Off’s: Bathroom stuff, gore, bondage (really there isn’t much of a point for her).

Name: Venus McFlytrap
Monster: Plant Monster

Sexualty: Pansexual
Appearance: Venus has bright green skin with hot pink and green hair, which is shaved on one side and is swept to the left. She has a tall, slim figure with pale green skin and teal blue eyes. She has multiple teeth protruding from her mouth and has vines entangled around her arms, neck, and ankles. Venus also wears an open short-top denim vest over her black shirt with pink and green floral imprints, pink black-green capris with a black skirt over it, and ankle-length high-heeled shoes with plant-like teeth at the soles.

Personality:
Venus can be described as chaotic, "loud and in your face". An avid party animal, Venus has energy to use and give, and, along with her punk style, she can be fun-loving and act rather crazy. She is xtremely doted to saving the environment, especially the flora, and gets extremely passionate about this, finding intolerable what the humans and fellow monsters do to the world, and how little they do to save it. She goes to great lengths to save an issue that affects her, as a plant monster, more than anyone else, since nature is literally her home. She can usually be seen handing out fliers or organizing eco-friendly activities. However, she has few qualms about using her pollen of persuasion powers (see Abilities section) to control people to do small things like sort trash and tend to the flora surrounding the school. Because of this, fellow students are careful around her and at times avoid her. Venus is not always aware of this and when she is, she is more sad than sorry because it is her fellow students' disregard for the wellbeing of monsters like her that forces her hand in the first place. Venus does try to find other ways to spread her message, but so far, it is not very successful.

While there are problems for all students attending and staff working at a school that does not by default offers facilities to cater to their specific monster needs, plant monsters have it on average tougher due to different sustenance needs and a bigger sensitivity to the immediate environment. Venus is no exception, but is hesitant to ask for help if not prompted to it by another. Venus is overall a kind and generous monster who cares

Monster Abilites and Skills:
Phytokinesis: Through her mind or through her body, Venus has been shown the ability to grow many kind of flora, especially vines, from earth. It is implied that this ability is stronger when meditation is involved.

Pollen Persuasion: When Venus exhales an amount of "special" pollen from her mouth, on a person, she can manipulate their thoughts and actions, but she can do this with only one person at a time. She is aware mind control is a questionable practice, but still does it if she feels the cause is worthy. In her diary, she admits that she hypnotizes people to help out with saving the Planet.

Communication: As a sentient plant herself, she can communicate and understand emotions from other plant life that passes by other monsters. She can additionally summon and communicate with Mother Nature, which she does whenever she need advice.

Pollen/Flower Sneeze Growth: Whenever Venus sneezes, pollen will litter the ground and flowers will grow all around her. Unfortunately, she can't control the man-eating flowers that bloom.

Ons and Offs: On’s: Outdoors, adventurous sex, gentle and tender or playful sex. Off’s: bathroom stuff, gore, violet sex.
