Teaser:

All this chaos started with a book called Dusk.  It was a story about a romance between a shell of a human teenager and a century old vampire.  Apparently this vampire had nothing better to do with his eternal life but keep attending high school for all eternity.
The book chronicled their (unhealthy, codependent) love story in a way that seemed to be ripped right off the pages of the angstiest, cheesiest romances of online fan fiction sites.

While the book was poorly written, it’s themes of eternal love, and undying devotion and obsession of immortal, gorgeous stalkers of the undead was so strong that it struck a cord within many.   To the horror of many literary experts and feminists, the book sold millions of copies world wide.

Now, we all know how crazy rabid fans can be, or how deep and dark fetishisation can get.  These books sparked an obsession in an individual who happened to be a crazy fan with a very, very strong vampire fetish and a whole lot of time on her hands.
All it took was a forum dedicated to the worship and idealisation of sparkly, sexy vampire baes and one exceptionally playfully mad conversation about how great it would be to find a real vampire to love to start the event we all know as “The Hunt.

Many saw The Hunt as a silly activity bored girls did monthly to  bond and giggle over vampire abs, the girls in these hunts took it very, very seriously.  Their leader was particularly intelligent/deranged (accounts differ) and she was a surprisingly brilliant detective/stalker (really, it depends who you ask).
One day the members of the forum published that they had uncovered a small group of vampires living right in New York City.  Of course no one would believe them.  Obviously it was all a stunt for attention, or a bunch of loonies.

But a strange thing started happening.  Some of the people listed down as being vampires started disappearing, and as the website keeps updating, the list of victims and potential victims increases.
The site must be stopped, and the authorities are starting to think they need to start investigating.

So.  Who are these people the website is finding?  Actual vampires.  Yeah, they're real, and they're freaking out.  Who are these crazy people and what are they doing to their friends?

Hello, folks!  So I have a general idea of what I want this to be, and what the world and it's inhabitants are like, but the direction of the plot is very open as of right now.

I would make this a very light hearted thing with a lot of slapstick, or it could be a murder mystery sort of thing.
I guess I'm just wondering what my potential players would prefer.  I tend to feed off creative energy and good conversation when it comes to building my games and characters, so please pop by and say hello!

I won't be putting very restricting limitations on character creation.  This is set in a very modern day setting with regular people doing regular things, so a variety of people is more than welcome.

A crazy and unskilled vampire hunter would be fun.
A journalist and/or police would be welcome.
Innocent people who aren't on the list but still get kidnapped?  Yes!

The point of the game is to have a crazy, wacky adventure. (still under construction because I SHOULD be working, but for some reason I'm doing this instead)
