Craving fire, passion, and rage (M LF f)

Hi folks.  You'll have to forgive the overdramatic post title, I was always terrible at those.

So I'm tentatively trying to dip my toes back into the pool of epic storytelling.  I've been burned plenty of times on E with stories simply dying out, so I'm hesitant, but at the same time, I'm definitely craving.  I need some stories.  I need something I can sink my teeth into.  So with all that said, here's a few tidbits.

What I'm looking for:

• Action and adventure.  I don't need 'day in the life'.  I already have a life.  It's boring.  I need excitement.
• A woman with 'fire'.  Strong willed, strong in body, smart, funny, intense.  No one meek or subservient.  I don't want outwardly submissive.  I want a woman I can tame.
• A bottom when it matters.  I don't bottom, sorry.  In the constraints of the story itself, MC might end up in that sort of scenario, but in general, YC would end up being the one pinned, as it were.  However, that doesn't mean she has to admit it, or show it outside of the bedroom.
• Conflict.  Happily ever after is great and all, and certainly should be the goal... but they shouldn't start there.  Let the characters start hating each other.  Let them be rivals.  Put them in situations where they have to collide, violently if needed.  Alternatively, the two CAN be on the same side, but give them adversaries.  Or both.  Force rivals to work together.  I'm a huge fan of the Brangelina movie Mr & Mrs Smith (yes, was a remake, but still).
• World Building.  Go for Fantasy.  Go for Sci-fi.  Don't care.  Alternate modern timeline with supernatural whatever?  Sure.  If you have your own world already that you play in, that's fine, but don't expect me to catch on that quick.  But I'm totally cool with something new that we both contribute to also.

What I'm not looking for (that I haven't already touched on):

• Historical play.  Just not a fan of most historical settings.  While I do enjoy some settings, such as Dark Ages Europe, you'll catch my interest much quicker in Medieval Fantasy.
• Subservient women.  Yeah, touched on this already, but it bears repeating.  Some people love a malleable, submissive woman.  Gorean stuff, all that.  Nothing personal, but totally not what I want.
• Young characters.  Meh.  Too day in the life maybe, but I'm just not feeling anything out of high school, or even college.  Buffy didn't really get good until the end when it was the apocalypse (third one?) and she dropped out.

My ons/offs should be listed, but here's the TL:DR version:  I'm a fan of rough sex, non-con or dub-con.  Vanilla bores me, and I really don't care for it.  'Baseline' for these characters should (hopefully) involve cursing, clawing, bruising, fighting... I think you get the idea.  On their best day, even the happiest couple should involve one or both starting shit to get put in their place.  If you want more of a recurring D/S type of thing, then a slave that doesn't break easily, constantly earning new creative punishments.

And yes, I know I've mentioned a bit of sex.  Don't get me wrong.. I LOVE a good story, and I want a story more than anything.  But chemistry is important, and I'd like to think that even in the midst of some crazy shit going down, the characters will have that chemistry, that tension, and they will end up succumbing to it more often than not.
