No longer receiving E-mail notifications

 About a week ago I stopped receiving e-mail notifications. All my profile settings look right, but I was told my e-mails keep bouncing back. It isn't my spam settings either that I can tell.  I contacted my service provider and they said they couldn't help without seeing the exact error message the site gets. So I'm not sure what I can do on my end to fix the issue.

You have PM notifications disabled - you need to go to your PM settings to turn them on.

We've sent you about half a dozen notifications in the past week and your mail provider is accepting them fine.

Weird...not sure how my PM settings got changed, or why I started getting e-mails again, but everything seems to be working now. Thank you for your help.
