Suggestions for my On/Off thread

Hello, I'm looking for any and all suggestions for how I can improve my On/Off thread.
Specifically, I want to make the thread as readable, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing as possible. I can't help but feel as though it's difficult to read easily. I'd like the information to transfer effortlessly, without any squinting, highlighting, or re-reading necessary.

Putting line breaks between each topic would help I think. Also instead of using spoilers maybe a centered headline for each topic instead? Just random thoughts.
