And also, there doesn't seem to be any detail on what the difference is between Employees, Guests, and Hired Help? I'm assuming that the Employees are those who work for the company (obviously), guests are those invited along by the employees... But, hired help? Are these the people who work on the island?

Guests are basically guests of employees that work for Fhloston. Employees are employees of Fhloston. They are the characters that would be relaxing without a care in the world during the retreat. Hired help are characters that are working during the retreat. They are not on vacation but ensuring the needs of employees are taken care of.

I would recommend creating an employee because it would be easier to play the character connection game. Currently, there are no PC hired help characters. If that isn't appealing, my second recommendation would be a guest character.

The first mini group event will be Truth, Dare, or Shots. I plan to have maximum four to five participants involved with as many groups as needed. I am limiting it to four to five players because anymore than that will likely make the scene drag. Basically, it's like your regular truth or dare with the addition of shots. Each participant would be allowed three 'saving' shots. Those three 'saving' shots saves them from having to answer a question or complete a dare. After that, they would need to either do the dare or answer the question. Of course characters can still drink but they will no longer function like Monopoly get out of jail free cards.

I have a gigantic list of dares and truth questions in case people need inspiration.

Hopefully all of that makes sense. Anyone interested? xD
