Good day,

I am looking to resume activity on this account after a false start and a long period of non-activity, and had questions related to doing so. I originally joined in 2013 alongside a friend, intending to write primarily with that friend on the site, at least at first. But the arrangement fell through, and I ended up not making much use of this account over the years. Now I find myself in a condition in which I am interested in collaborating again, and am interested in joining the community, for real this time. My questions are as follows:

1.   Do I need to formally reactivate my account or get re-approved?
2.   I did not properly utilize the mentors generously provided for me when I first applied. Would it be permissible for me to be re-mentored in some fashion?

Thank you in advance for your time and attention.

Welcome back!

Once you're approved, you're approved! No need to go through the approval process again.  You can jump right back in, make RP requests, etc. whenever you like.  ;D But if you've been away for a while, I do highly suggest rereading the site rules, as they do get a change here and there from time to time.

As for being re-Mentored: you can always ask a question of a Mentor, or of Staff members like myself. Generally Mentors are only available for the first couple of months after approval, but there's no reason you cannot PM a Mentor or, if you'd rather, a Staff member, with questions. :-)

I see. Thank you for the warm welcome and for the answers.
