Her Broken Body -
Failed to Mask her Smile,
The Rebellion of her Parts -
Ceased to Break Her.
She listened eagerly to our Lesser suffering
Paying little heed to her Greater Suffering -
That words can do no Justice.
Her Gentle Caring Heart - punctured
By the thought of departing early;
From a loving family and friends.
And with Her Dreams Deferred,
Her Compassion became her Salvation.
Developing into Wisdom
-In its Rarest form – Wisdom not
From the Trials of Time,
But from Her Heart.
We, who’ve been touched by her –
will remember Her Wisdom.
We will remember Her Smile.
We will remember Her Compassion.
We will forsake the Road of Impatient Anger.
We will bear our Lesser Suffering,
Or Continue our lives in Mediocrity.
