Windows commandline problem

Well hello guys I'm experiencing something weird problem in which when I'm running CMD command, the black box which appears keeps on multiplying and it isn't stopping until my laptop is restarted. Can anyone help me solving it ? I really need to run cmd command.

Could you give a bit more detail? You run cmd and it starts spawning a mass of prompts?

Yeah that's what's happening, they keep on spawning until my RAM runs out and it is restarted.
