Cyberpunk Noir Idea

To start off, I'm a very plot driven player. Smut driven plots are very challenging for me to maintain interest in.

If you're still reading, I ran across an image the other day, and it combines two things I love, Cyberpunk and Noir. I'd like to find someone who'd enjoy designing a story with me inspired by William Gibson, Blade Runner, Mickey Spillane, Strange Days, and similar sources. Hardened men and dangerous women making terrible choices in a horrible world. A story with betrayal, a bad man trying to do good, a damsel who's not as innocent or helpless as she seems.

I also don't want to do all the heavy lifting. I want a partner, fully capable of driving plot and adding setting details and plot twists.
