A Strange Idea... (M seeking F for Smutty-good fun)

So, this idea's been brewing in my head for a while, ad I've gotten it solidified enough to put it here...

Title:  The Oddest of Odd Jobs...  (Can be changed)

Setting:  Modern, Country House

Content:  Light, Con or Dub-con, coercion, kinks as discussed.

Setup:  In a country house out among the town's fields, a girl has been sent to live with an older relative (Can even be a friend of the family, no blood relation) because of her rambunctious ways.  It's thought that her promiscuous habits could be tamed out here among the wheat and other crops, where few men venture.  The lady who takes her in, though, has other ideas.

Your character(s) will be the ladies of the house.  The elder of the two would be the NPC-type woman that takes the younger girl in, and she recognizes, immediately, that she has a true case of nymphomania on her hands.  Rather than stifle this problem, she decides to try and help the girl deal with it in a better, more proper way.  That's when she puts the ad in the paper for a new 'hired hand'.

My character will be the hired hand.  He's good with his hands, and good at keeping things going around the house, but most of all, he's fairly open, sexually, and willing to help the girl with the problem, after some discussion.

I'd like to start this with the interview for the hired hand position.  It would start off as a normal job interview, but after some time, it would get more serious in regards to the 'problem' that needs to be addressed.  The older lady starts asking my guy about specific things he likes, what he's done, weather he's capable of having kids, etc. 

I can see an exchange during the interview going something like this...

Lady:  Sir, what are your views about a woman's pubic area?
Applicant:  Excuse me?  I don't understand.
Lady:  Do you prefer pubic hair, or not?  It's a simple question.
Applicant:  Uhhh...  Well...  I prefer...  smooth.  No hair there.
Lady (To the younger girl):  Show him.

The girl stands, and lifts her skirt, revealing a completely shaved pubis.

Lady:  Will this do?

A lot of this idea is open to discussion.  I've got an idea that the older lady gives the younger girl 'assignments' to perform for the guy, who, in turn, gives the girl grades on her performance.
