This game would revolve around a family business, operating out of the town of Salvation Louisiana.
The main protagonists would be the Collins family, a clan of pornographers led by the matriarch, Suzy Collins.
Suzy would have started out in the porn business back in the 1960s, thanks to her then husband Bob Collins.
Their beginnings were humble. Suzy and Bob made their own little pornos in Bob's brothers barn. They shot on 8 mm and the movies were distributed through illegal chains and mostly screened at mob-owned theaters.
By the seventies, their business expanded, and other performers besides Bob and Suzy joined their ranks. By the mid 70s, a small group of people in Salvation earned their living by producing and selling porn, mostly to countless specialized theaters all over the country.
In 1977, Bob left Suzy for a younger woman and Suzy herself retired as a porn actress. Instead she took the reins from Bobs brother as the primary director and hired talent in Salvation and the surrounding towns and villages. The VHS boom in the 1980s turned what had been a modest but profitable business until then into a real money maker. The quaint quality of Suzy's work - with the good old country gals being fucked by strong country boys - was a big hit.
In 1990, Richard Collins joined his mother's business proper, starting out as a performer, and then branching out in directing some movies of his own. In 1992, his sister Rebecca also started fucking on cam, though this was against both her mother and brothers wishes. But all of the Collins children were pigheaded and eventually Suzy had to relent, perhaps not feeling too bad about her daughter's stubbornness when the leggy blonde turned out to be an instant best-seller.
The latter half of the 90s brought the advent of DVDs and the Collins clan now employed several dozen people in Salvation to produce and distribute their movies. In 1998, the final family member, Viktor, also joined the company. After studying audiovisual arts in college, he brought a more modern vision and look to their movies. He also followed his brother and sister's example by occasionally performing in front of the camera as well.
The new century brought with it the challenges of online distribution, and although the business shrunk somewhat, by then their production company was such a household name and their old-fashioned yet new style was so beloved that their enterprise remained quite lucrative.
If I were to start up this game, I would only play a very small part myself (that of Suzy Collins, the old matriarch).
All three of the Collins siblings are up for grabs and naturally their likeness can be changed to whatever is the players personal preference. They would be the ones in charge of the day-to-day operation.
But I would like to populate the game with far more characters, mostly the rest of the Salvation townfolk who also work for the production company.
Some would be distant relations of the Collins, others would just be residents of Salvation or one of the nearby towns.
I will also require at least one co-GM for this game.
This game is supposed to be smut-heavy, with lots of sex taking place both in front of the camera and away from it. :)
