PM HELP

Okay I am having a problem with some of my cohorts sending me personal messages.  I get from some but I don't get from others.  Is there a setting or something I or they need to change.

When they send one they get this message.....    "User 'neveah' can not receive personal messages."

I have even tried sending them one first and they can't respond.

The error you posted was for the other user, though.

If they spell your name wrong it's not going to get to you.

First make sure the name is in fact correct?

It may be there's a problem, but there's some very different potential problems involved there.
