A strange formatting issue

Can anyone help me figure out why the very last group being linked in this post doesn't just display the name? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thank you in advance.  :-)

A second or third pair of eyes helps or someone like me who messes up the coding so often I know right where to look. ;D
