A Rules Verification
« on: June 12, 2008, 06:13:42 PM »
I was wondering if torture was allowed in games that were not labelled Extreme,  as long as said torture was not done for sexual purposes.  Less Marquise De Sade,  more Torquemada is essentially what it boils down too.

The rule of thumb is clinical detail, it's a bit fuzzy but if you think it would seriously bother people who read it you may want to ask to have it moved to extreme.

The game hasn't actually started yet,  so there hasn't been any posting that might make people uncomfortable.  I was trying to gauge how far I could go,  without pushing the envelope,  or if I should ponder a new character concept entirely.

You could always just put it in Extreme so you didn't have to worry about it.

Its a big game,  so not everyone was willing to go that far.  Me and the ST worked something out though.
