Her ears still well tuned in to the sounds around her, she smiled hearing another set of wings. Though she wasn't sure who it was, or what it was, she kept her senses sharp. Hearing odd wailing in the distance, she paused staring in the direction. It was a new sound to her, though she was sure she had heard something remotely similar echoing off of her mountain from the cities below. Sirens? She thought, her eyebrows furrowing some. It had to be. She had made enough of a stir for law enforcement to be called. How long had it been since dragons had been seen here? It couldn't have been that long. She heard the sirens draw closer, some doors opening and then closing and grass and leaves rustling. She smiled wryly, her eyes flashing in the lights of the park. Curling up in the fetal position just beneath a tree, she began to cry. An officer came through the bushes towards her with a flashlight and heard her crying. "Who's there?" He said with a demanding tone. Her eyes filled with tears, she looked up at the man as he drew close to her, the light blinding her and causing her to look away. Seeing her tears, he ran over to her a concerned look on his face now.
"What happened? Are you alright?" Looking around, he took his jacket off and put it around her shoulders, exposing his bullet resistant vest. "Thank you." She said quietly, looking up at the man gratefully. He was about to speak, most likely to ask her more questions so thinking quickly, her eyes welled up with tears again and she jumped up wrapping her arms around his neck. "I'm so scared! There was this big black thing with wings and claws and teeth and big creepy eyes and it looked right at me and ripped my clothes and then you came THANK you!"
The officer's cheeks turned bright red as her obviously cold breasts pressed against his vest. "W-we should find you some new clothes." He stammered. She let go of his neck and nodded. His jacket wrapped around her, they began to walk towards the direction from which he had come.
