Changing email address, forgotten password

Ok, I need to change my email address associated with this account since I no longer use the old one....the only problem isssss....I forgot my password so I cant do it from my profile page lol.  (I'll have to do the same thing on Elliquiys sister site Bluemoon sadly) Basically, is there a way I can change my email so I'll get the email verification and then go through and change my password once its sent to the right email account
