Space Prison in the New World

Ok, so this is based off of a dream that I actually had. Upon further reflection, I keep thinking of what a great game it could turn into. Here's the set up:

Earth can no longer be inhabited like it once was. A new world power came about (not thinking aliens so much, but am open to some species or hybrid human type here) and forced humanity into a prison that orbits earth. Much like a regular prison, each person is assigned their own id from when they entered the prison. Unlike a regular prison, things are barbaric. The overlords do not tolerate any kind of infraction or disturbance. Regardless of who starts the fight or who ends it, who is the one at fault or not, all those found guilty of disordely conduct will be set adrift out in space. Simple as that. There are two to a cell, but it isn't all just women with women. Sometimes, a man and woman would share a cell. Here, you can see, is where the intricacies sprout. It is all too easy for someone to take advantage of their cellmate. If the victim cries out, they too risk being punished for the disturbance.

The story would follow one woman, my character, and her cell mate (male or female). There could be romance, NC, D/s, drama, jealousy, etc. This could turn into more of an action storyline if we decided to stage a coupe` against the overlords or something like that.
