In preparation for Assassin's Creed III being released this October I decided to give the previous Assassin's Creed a second play-through. Unsurprisingly I have been thoroughly been besieged with plot bunnies! I'll be using this thread to post them. All of these ideas will be using original characters. I love Altair and the rest of the cast, but I don't have any interest in writing for or opposite of them. As for historical accuracy - I'm all for it, but I'm also fine with playing loose with history too. The stories here will primarily be M/M and will have a variety of plots with different themes. Clipped Wings: Templar/Assassin. NC or Extreme.

An ill fated mission has led to an Assassin being caught by Templars. They have attempted to pry the secrets of the Assassin Brotherhood from him, but the Assassin proves himself remarkably resistant even under one of their most skilled torturers. The Assassin tells them much, but what information they recieve proves to be lie and deception. The Assassin has embraced his fate and is ready to perish, but the Templar Order has other plans for him. It is intended to have the Assassin renounce his loyalty to the Brotherhood and join them as a new brother of the Templar Order. They assign a new torturer to care for the Assassin and carry out the plan, as this one favors torture of the mind over torture of the body. Yet he is no stranger to flesh – he just prefers to manipulate it in a more creative manner. However, the Templar Order has no desire for a caged song bird. They seek to have a falcon with its wings clipped.

• Looking for someone to play the Templar. His personality, appearance, background, etc are up to my writing partner.
• I'd like the tone to remain dark, but I'm open to various directions the story could take.
  
• Because the Assassin will have already endured bodily torture I’d prefer the Templar’s interrogation tactics be psychologically inclined. Physical pain can still be dealt - I'd just like to see it be used for punishment or as discipline though.
• Partial to having this be set during the Crusades with the Assassins being part of the Levantine Assassins, but I'd also be fine with having it set in any time or location so long as it isn't modern.
