I am rather tired and wrote this up quickly to try and nab one of the 4 spots
So may not be my best work Name:
Victoria was born and raised in the United Kingdom, only coming to the United States of America at the age of 14 when her father decided to get away from the hubbub of life in London and buy a farm in the American west. The farm barely managed to break even, with Victoria's father struggling with the most basic aspects of farm life. Victoria didn't know this at the time, for her, it was magnificent. She spent her days riding on a horse and playing with a rifle, she spent her evenings pouring over a large collection of books her father had brought over from England. She was 17 when her father decided to write off the farm as a bad idea and return to London.
Victoria decided to stay, even though it meant fending for herself in a man's world. She moved to New York and got a job as a secretary. With little spare money, she spent much of her free time at the New York Public Library, pouring over any book she could get her hands on. That was her life for the next few years, and it was only as the Nazi scourge began to spread over Europe and threaten her former home country that she decided she could be more. She applied, repeatedly, with the US Army for any position she could. She was rejected, repeatedly, until finally a man took pity on her. She was given a job as a secretary, nothing special, but it was a start.
It was as a secretary that her nature flare for cryptography began to surface. She tried to keep it hidden, not wanting to risk her job, only to let slip some information she shouldn't have known. She was questioned as a spy, with no one believing that she could have broken the code, until someone had the idea of giving her a new one to crack. She was recruited, provisionally, to the SOA, the only people willing to give her a chance. Personality:
Victoria tends to the quiet side. However, she is a decent actor, and while she isn't generally comfortable in crowds, is more than capable of acting like she enjoys being there. Additional Information:
Limited experience with firearms and animals from the farm. Speaks with a slight British accent.
