Landlord or Stalker?

The basic idea is this- I play a young woman coming to the big city, you play a landlord who offers apartments to rent at very reasonable rates but only to very *select* tenants- in other words, people he finds attractive and vulnerable. 

Unknown to any of the tenants he has cameras everywhere, and watches his tenants.  Occasionally one takes his fancy and he wants to do more than watch. 

The concept is for there to be an increasing level of attentions, a mix of creepy and intriguing, enough to eventually get past the woman's defenses.  Once he has her, he'll pull her deeper and deeper into his power, making a prisoner/trophy of her.
